Great location for access via Central Station but still easy walking to city centre. Tram stop outside if you dont want to walk. Room size ok. Toilet/shower room bigger than expected. Big shower and good pressure. Room faced main street but not much noise. Air con worked and wasnt too noisy. Breakfast was plain, cold buffet but they kept it topped up and plenty choice for us of good quality items. Asked if we wanted room cleaned every day but we didnt and got a drinks voucher in return. Everything was super clean and well maintained.

No storage space in room. Duvet a few inches too small for double bed if two people in it. Charge 3 euros per bag to store for a few hours at end of stay. Bathroom door is only thick frosted glass so not ideal for two people sharing but it wasnt facing into the room and did close reasonably well.

Good location, walking distance to Rotterdam Central station and the shopping area . Friendly staff, small but clean rooms, good breakfast.

The room was not ready till 3.35 pm , we finally checked in at 3.45 pm . we had requested a early check in , and didn’t get it because the hotel was full, so , dropped off the bags 3 hours early. We were assured that we could check in during the official checking in time , at 3 pm . When we came at 3.20 , we were told that the room is still getting cleaned. And we had to wait This was disappointing.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to provide information and assist with anything we asked. In particular, Georgia was very sweet and accommodating. The room met our expectations—it was quiet and clean, making our stay quite satisfying. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to the station, making transportation easy. Additionally, they were happy to store our luggage free of charge. The only thing that could be improved is the availability of more coffee machines, as there was often a long wait. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling by public transport.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely worth it—just a 10-minute walk, and you could see the most important sights in Rotterdam. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly helpful, always smiling and polite, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, but I did notice a couple of small issues. I expected to find flip-flops, but they weren’t provided, and before using the toilet, I found some hair that wasn’t mine. These are the only reasons I’m giving it a 9/10 instead of a perfect score. Overall, it was totally worth it, and if I ever visit Rotterdam again, this hotel will be my first choice!

Judy who works the breakfast was wonderful. She introduced herself while we were having breakfast and we had a wonderful conversation about our visit. When she learned that we were on the trip celebrating my wife's birthday, she put together a goody bag of snacks and drinks to enjoy during the day along with a lovely hand written birthday greeting. She made the stay at this hotel truly memorable. The lady at the reception wearing a headcover ( I regret not getting her name) was very helpful. She took time to give us advice and guidance on using the tram which stops in front of the hotel and we were able to easily travel to and from Erasmus Bridge on the tram.

This was our second stay at this hotel, so we do like staying here, just a short walk from the train station, plenty of food and dining options close to the hotel, breakfast is included which is always a good way to start the day.the only thing we did not like was that there was no fridge in the room, as we had bought some food stuffs on our travels, which we needed to keep cool. However the staff were most helpful and kept our 'stuff' in the fridge behind the bar

Bed very good and clean bathroom and shower. Very good sleep. Location perfect for us, not too far from the train station we needed and good restaurants close by.

There is very little sound isolation between rooms which doesn't bother us usually. However this was our first night in a long awaited vacation and we spent time there worried for our neighbor next door who seemed to be very sick, coughing constantly and throwing up. They had a do not disturb sign on and we did not want to bother them to check but we let the staff know of their illness. The breakfast was okay, mostly bread and cereal. No oat milk or regular milk for coffee but I also did not ask since I did not want anybody to through trouble for me.

We booked the room with a kitchenette because we had kids under 3. Love the space and design! The room was spacious enough to fit a cot! It had a microwave and fridge, and a separate sink at the kitchen so that made our baby 6bottle washing so much easier and hygienic. Exceptionally clean hotel with trustable housekeeping (we dropped our passport and wallet under the bed by accident and it was nicely placed next to our bed when we returned in the late afternoon, nothing was amiss. lucky us.) Breakfast was basic but good, except i might have gotten a mild case of food poisoning from the cold section. They had 2 highchairs available too. Very kid friendly staffs. The lounge / dining area was accessible for meetups even at night, we had our family friends come to visit us and we chatted there for a good 2 hours with snacks from the selfservice convenience store.

Dragging our heavy suitcases to the hotel. haha. It was raining, the sheltered pathway leading to the hotel is not luggage friendly because it had grooves installed to prevent skaters. But the distance is acceptable, 3 blocks down from central railway / 1 tram stop. As for the hotel, no complaints!! Really good experience from holiday inn!

Location is really perfect, near the shopping centres and restaurants. Breakfast is okay, I am asian so I am not really into cold cuts so I only ate the bread. Would love to have additions into the menu like sausages and omelette maybe in the options.

The room was clean, but it can be cleaner especially the bathroom (not sure but seems the room was not used for long time, and the toilet bowl is not so clean). Also, I know the comforter/blanket is new or unused but there is a certain smell to it, like a bit bad, after few hours use.
