The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, with a tram stop right in front of the entrance. Coffee and tea are available all day, and there is also a microwave and fridge in the dining room. A kettle is provided in the room. The building is not new, and the corridors show some wear (like stains on the carpets), but the rooms themselves are clean. If you’re looking for simple yet clean accommodation close to the station, this is a good choice.

Poorly functioning air conditioning – on hot days the room can get quite warm. Fortunately, during our stay the temperature outside was no higher than 25°C, so the room stayed about the same.

I did stayed 2 years ago in the same hotel. What I do like is that coffee+tea are always free at any given time from the machines. I think that this creates a sort of welcoming hospitality where you can just sit, read, do you stuff on the laptop/phone/tablet or chill for a moment. + who doesn't like free warm drinks :DDD Many of the staff are chill and easy, some you prefer not to talk too.

What did stay as a bad sign is, that the rooms/bathrooms weren't always cleaned each day. Sometimes 2 days... while people come and go after 1 night... Another thing I think it is needed in the hostel/hotel would be, offering free earplugs against snorring elephants in the room. That part is really terrible and would be really helped and appreciated if there were free earplugs (instead of Haribo's :D if needed). The challenge and luck to be in a room without snorring seagulls is just to low...

- The people working there were very kind and always available in reception. - They kept our baggage for free because we were leaving a few hours after the check out time. - They allowed us to enter in the room before the expected check-in time because it was available. - It was very quiet. - Comfortable bed, very clean room and clean and big bathroom with shampoo and hands gel. - The common area with tables and seats, free coffee, tea and water. - Locationwise was very good: public transport stops very close (including central train station) restaurants and bars around. 15 mins walk from the centre of Rotterdam. - Snacks machine available.

I think price was a bit too highl/night since it didn't include breakfast, it is not in the centre and they don't provide daily cleaning of the rooms. Nevetheless, we didn't book a lot in advance...

Very good location — just a 15-minute walk to the city center. Free coffee and tea are available even if you don’t reserve breakfast. Communication was fast and easy. The hotel offers underground parking, which belongs to the property and costs 20 Euros per night. The view from the 6th floor was nice. The room was very clean and included tea, sugar, and a kettle. Overall, great value for money.

We stayed in a room with 3 bunk beds, accommodating 6 people. Two of the beds were very noisy whenever someone moved. Only two chairs for 6 persons

Good location. Decent facilities. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

Passageway was in need of a clean.

The location is short walk from main train station and there is a tram stop outside making it easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Free coffee available in the lobby.

The coffee machine in our room had not been emptied of the used capsules and it was mouldy inside. I was charged a security fee for the room as it was apparently best in the hotel as it had a balcony. However the hotel did not just put a hold on my card they actually took €100 euros and when they returned it a few days later the exchange rate difference meant that it actually cost me additional money, which I wasn’t very happy about.

The space matched the pictures, what you see is what you get. We had problems with the bathroom flooring and water kept flooding out onto the carpet, which I informed the staff about through the booking.com app. In a few minutes, we were given a new room. I appreciated this prompt response and solution to my family & I's problem encountered. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There was free coffee, tea & hot water at the lobby cafe as well which we liked.

The bathroom flooring issue in the first place

the most satisfied hotel ever experienced among other 5 in Netherlands! location: 10min walk to the central station, close to many restaurants; room: quite large size for 2 people, very clean and tidy; facilities: large closet, convenient table-chair set and kettle; bedding: 4 pillows and very cosy quilt; front desk service: very nice attitude and detailed explanation; free small souvenir after checkout luggage: very safe locked storage room for luggage; bar: free seats and hot water

only two minor deficiencies: the basin drainage is a bit slow; the USB charging port beside the bed doesn't work (but there are other charging ports instead)
