Our family spent an amazing week in Rotterdam, and staying at A&O made the experience even better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The staff was welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our trip was renting electric bikes directly from the hotel – such a fun and easy way to explore the city! Thanks to the fantastic weather we had all week, we were able to make the most of it and visit many of Rotterdam’s beautiful parks, waterfronts, and attractions. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with everything within reach, and it felt like a great home base for our daily adventures. Plus, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and amenities. We would absolutely recommend A&O Rotterdam to other families looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay. We'd love to come back again soon.

I recently stayed at A&O Rotterdam City with a group of friends for 7 nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hostel was exceptionally clean, and the staff clearly took great care in maintaining the space. The common areas were welcoming, making it easy to relax and socialize. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we loved how everything was conveniently close. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was great value for money, and I’d highly recommend A&O to anyone traveling with friends or solo. We’ll definitely be back!

Great staff. Really clean and well maintained rooms. Bathrooms were cleaned daily, which is a huge plus. Its not a luxurious hostel, but given the price you pay its extremely good value for money. Would stay there again.

In shared rooms, sometimes, the people there arent so great. Its not the hostels fault, but just a disclaimer that you might have to deal with them if youre staying in a dorm. Maybe a solution would be to introduce 2 or 3 bed sharing dorms. But either way was pretty good

This hotel is my salvation, the staff is always helpful, including the daily manager who is very active, I have never seen a manager who does not avoid routine activities including cleaning, security when protecting the interests and peace of clients, he is everywhere where needed at the reception, he does not shy away from cleaning around the hotel when necessary even though he has his own staff to do it, he realistically evaluates the problems this hotel faces.... The room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom with a bathtub was large and clean. Staff was more than helpful. Specially thanks to Dorian for his help and advices what to do in Rotterdam, where and how to go. They gave me hot water when I needed it, kept our luggage in special room after out check out. The location is excellent, just ten minutes by walk from central station

I AM A TRANSIENT FREQUENT GUEST LOVED YOUR ROOMS YOUR PROPERTY BUT THIS TIME IT WAS BAD FORCING ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL. THEN I DESERVE A CREDIT BACK. The location was perfect — centrally located with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. The lobby was modern and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money for anyone looking for an affordable stay in the heart of Rotterdam.

The TV was a bonus though we didnt use it. Very quiet room, Never heard anyone else. Room well heated, very dark curtains. Looked to be newly refurbished. Staff very helpful and freindly

The room was clean, spacious and in a good location. It is a 10 minute walk from Rotterdam Central, close to the centre of the city and there was a lot of restaurants nearby. Check-in and checkout were super easy with the help of the staff that were very polite and helpful. All the outlets worked in the room and the internet was good.
