A modern business hotel.

There was a long queue at checkout with a lone staff member trying very hard to support the check out process. Many smaller hotels have far more staff on duty, the understaffing seemed a poor economy in such a large hotel. The hotel was well designed but some of the building standards appeared to have been skimped upon. One group of guests were inconvenienced by a leaking ceiling. The outside corridor was noisy and had a bouncy floor causing us to be woken by other guests walking to their rooms late at night.

Bright,modern yet very comfortable with great lighting in the rooms and excellent TV choice of channels....very helpful for English speakers.Cheerful and efficient young staff.Lovely,welcoming lounge and bar at reception. Excellent hotel for a solo traveller.

Tiny cups and sparse tea/ milk choice next to kettle.A bathroom glass....to drink water would have been helpful! Mostly excellent breakfast choices but would have appreciated fresh fruit eg oranges and prunes or blueberries for wider selection. Small point - but granola is sugary...porridge oats and raisins to sprinkle would be more healthy! Only minor things but I have medical advice to eat lots of fibre. My week was great overall.

Why put those filthy unwashed decorater pillows on the beautiful clean sheets and pillows? Everyone hates them, and they are dirty. This was the reason for my low rating for cleanliness

Excellent location, the hotel is literally 10mins to the shopping centre and 15mins walking to rotterdam central station. Everything you need is within walking distance, grocery store,food shops, coffeeshops.There is a carpark 5mins down the road if you're planning to drive. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. We stayed in a twin room which was decent size for two of us.There is also a gym at the otherside of the building you can use. The hotel backs onto the world trade centre, you can walk through and see the art on the walls in the convention centre.i would definitely recommend this hotel purely for the location.

Cleaners just walk in the room even though the do not disturb light is on, twice they came into the room without knocking, as a female I didnt like this as one time I was sleeping in bed and second time I just got out the shower. No apology just closed the door. There should be latches on the door to prevent this happening as its quite unsettling especially for lone travellers

Very impressive modern building, spacious room, high ceilings, functional reception with self-check in stations as well as a tiny self-check out store with travel essentials, food, drinks and so on. Location wise, the WTC is 10-15 minutes walk from the Rotterdam Central station, and only a couple of minutes walk from the nearest tram and Metro station. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as the entire Beurs shopping district.

I read other reviews of people complaining about this, but I didn't give it much weight until I experienced it myself: street noise from the clubs/bars in the Rodezand area. The music is very loud, especially at the weekend, and it went on until very late at night. Of course it isn't the hotel's fault, however that's something to be aware of if expecting complete silence at night.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Short walking distance the the Tram, and also accessible for Uber and Taxi. The room had comfy beds, mini frigde/bar and the roof was very tall which made it feel very specious. The Room aslo had big windows looking over a quiet street below. The lobby of the hotel was also nice with a mini market.

The only complaint i had during the entire trip was the Tv Remote was not working. And i wrote on a paper for the room service to change batteries but they didn't change it. Other than that it was good.

The location is very central. Lots of restaurants and shops around. 5 minutes walk from the Markthal and the Cube. Rooms are comfortable. Modern design. The staff are nice. I like the lazy Sunday option, which you can check out late at 5 PM at a discounted price.

I booked one standard double room and one superior double room. It looks like the standard double room has a better layout and faces a quieter side. Although the superior double room has more amenities, it faces another building and the room layout is not the best. Also, I do not think the hotel is the best option for bringing a dog. The rooms are close to each other, so if one dog barks, you can hear a lot of other dogs. There is not much service for dogs, and as the hotel is in a very central spot, so there is not much greenery to walk your dog.

The location of the hotel is excellent with very good transport links; one is spoilt for choice for shopping outlets, fast food joints and restaurants The staff were friendly and supportive. The room had a working space, and good storage, drinks fridge, kettle with assorted teas and coffee. The bed was comfortable with clean and well stocked washroom.

I did not particularly like the cushions on the bed, so I just packed them away. I also found the entrance to the hotel a bit awkward as there is no step-free access to the lifts to the reception.

No value for money. Basic in terms of room facilities

Facilities were good...

I couldn't get an answer when calling Reception 5 or 6 times from room 444. I did tell the Duty Manager on checking out to get that sorted.
