The location is great, though it is outside of the "center", but it is in walkable distance to all main attraction to visit Rotterdam. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The rooms was very big and nicely arranged, had all amenities needed in the room. Free coffee, tea and water was a classy touch, as well as great attention to the environment and options to give up on the daily room cleaning for planting a tree that was nice and we opted in. The hotel has own parking space, though it is not covered or guarded, it was convenient and just on the other side of the road, but be careful there as it has some spikes on the ground and there limited lots. The breakfast had a good choice, but very limited. Though we stayed only for two nights, it was fine for us, but if you stay longer it may get repetitive.

It is not a big deal, but the carpet we had in our room (12) looked rather lacking some good wash/clean though I hope it is cleaned regularly it just looked sort of "not clean". Overall, the room cleaning (dusting) could be improved.

The room was very fun and cozy. Skylights, exceptionally comfortable duvet covered beds, and a warm, lovely bathroom and tub were among the delightful amenities of this suite. Room service dinner was delicious and staff made our stay as personal as possible. They held our baggage while we toured with friends before check-in and graciously made my husband comfortable in the drawing room the next day after check out--while I went to the nearby Fenix Museum before our afternoon flight.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, everything from the lobby to the halls to the room was spotless. Inside the room itself was spacious and very comfortable and the air conditioning was very appreciated. A short walk to the nearest tram and metro stop so travel around the city was very easy. Great place to stay and we would highly recommend.

Great location in an historic building. Fabulous welcome from owners. All staff very welcoming and friendly. Owner Milo and his wife are so passionate about the hotel and the city they live in, giving tips and recommendations on places to visit throughout our stay. Their enthusiasm is infectious and shows in all of the staff. Facilities were fabulous as was breakfast. It was like staying with friends!!!! Thank you Milo for the harbour tour on your boat too - a highlight of our holiday!!

The location was fabulous. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. I liked I had complementary Nespresso coffee machine and capsules every morning. The bed was comfortable. The views over the skyline were fantastic.

The floor was unlevelled so you have some stairs/steps. It’s not a problem unless you’re a night walker like me. I found the bed head stuffy. However, the room and specifically the bathroom were very clean.

We had a very beautiful Suite facing the river. It was very spacious and the room height was amazingly high. Bathroom was clean and spacious (never seen the shower head so high in my life :) The hotel has an old charm and is very well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and service attentive. Over all our stay was really good in this hotel and we would certainly consider this hotel for our next visit in Rotterdam.

The minor thing that happened in the reception when we arrived was that they took our credit card in the back room, which is not acceptable any more. We told the reception about this when leaving and think they understood us. The other thing was that there was a cocktail menu, but not ingredients for making a cocktail on the list. Also one extra beer, which we didn’t ordered, was delivered (hopefully but accident) and charged to us.

Quite cramped and awkward to move around in our small upstairs attic room. A bit removed from the city centre, though easy walking and metro access to CBD.

The staff were incredibly helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage before check in as we got to Rotterdam early in the morning. The staff gave us advice on places to visit and how to get around the city. Nothing was too much trouble and every staff we spoke to, even housekeeping staff were friendly and approachable. The bed was very comfortable and we had the mezzanine room which gave us space to relax and watch TV too. The location was perfect and we were close to the tram and underground. The hotel is located near the river and there are some great views.

The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!

Historical building, gorgeous, spacious rooms. Window of almost 4 meters high with a view on the city harbour. Great bathroom with a bath, the possibility to open windows on two sides of the room. Bathrobes were there, luxury feel to all of it. Very close to metro, supermarket and nice restaurants. Close to all the interesting things but also in a quiet area - perfect

The heating was put on even though I asked specifically to put it off
