One night stay on road trip from UK. Super friendly staff/owner, very helpful; called to say we had left a coat in the room. Great location close to the Cruise Terminal and Fenix Museum. Quiet room, had balcony with views over the water to the city. 40 mins walkable into the City over the Erasmus Bridge, 40 mins walkable to Cube Houses, 40 mins walkable to Feyenoord Stadium also. Funky former industrial exposed concrete vibe. Didn't take breakfast, parked literally next door in Q Park Fenix (it's secure but it's not cheap for over 24 hours).

Everything was great: big spacious room, very clean, the owners are great and location is just perfect. If we haven‘t booked a room here, we would have missed a great and beautiful part of Rotterdam. Drinks (sodas and water) are included in price. On the first floor and behind the hotel are a lot of great delis, small backery and around 700 meters - supermarket and a station, so you are nicely connected to the center. We would definitely book again!

Monique and Eugene are superb hosts who are extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is great. It is an easy 10 minute walk to restaurants, the water taxi, cruise port, supermarket, etc. There is no elevator at the property; however, the staff are very willing to carry your bags upstairs and down. Coffee, tea, and some cold drinks were included. Good breakfast choices extra but at a reasonable price.

Lighting in the main room was dim, but bathroom lighting and bed reading lights were excellent.

Monique and Eugene are the owners and staff of this very cool hotel. They are both friendly and accommodating. The facility is extremely clean and modern and the location is very convenient for embarking on a Holland America cruise ship.

A consideration for some may be that there is no elevator but the owners were prepared to carry our bags up themselves. We declined and carried them which is totally fine if you are physically capable.

We only stayed for 1 night - arrived late and left early so need to stay longer next time.... Good location - on / next to the water. Convenient to park the car [expensive, but that's Rotterdam!] Didn't have breakfast - so can't comment. Very comfy bed and extremely clean. Great hosts. Thank you.

Quite pricey compared to others similar in Rotterdam.

The staff were excellent as the owner was really helpful. She ensured that we would maximise our time and provided us with great tips to visit the right places with the right transportation. The room was very comfortable with all the things one needs and with a modern bathroom. There was an excellent view on the sea.

Nothing that we did not like.

Staff were amazing, very helpfull and always available, couldn't do enough for you. Parking very secure, convinient and with EV charging. Breakfast was very good and reasonanbly charged. Lovely balcony to sit on and people watch. Room very well decorated with style. Bed comfy and rooms very clean.

Happen to be a heatwave and theres no fridge, but there is a cool box with complimentary drinks inside. Towels were tiny, but they worked well enough, as long as you didnt expect to walk around with one thinking you were covered up.

We spent one night in Rotterdam to run the marathon. We wanted to be close to the start and finish, but not too close. BB&B came highly recommended but we didn't know the city at all. At first we thought it might be a little too far away but then we realized that Rotterdam is in fact a quickly developing city and many neighborhoods are in flux. We came to love the Rijnhaven, especially the restaurants of Deliplein that exceed even the variety of our home of Amsterdam. The center of Rotterdam is not for everyone. The staff at BB&B were super accommodating and friendly and helped us fuel up for the run and decompress after. Without question basing ourselves at BB&B made our visit so much better.

The best boutique hotel in Rotterdam, perfectly located, beautifully decorated and exceptionally stylish. The staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel, including supermarkets and local points of interest.
