Good three star hotel. Great view over the River Maas. Situated next to a lovely park, with a supermarket round the corner and a short walk from Delfshaven (where you'll find the excellent Stadsbrouwerij De Pelgrim!).

Was perfect for a trip away to Rotterdam. Very close to town centre, only 10 minutes by bike. There's a water taxi terminal beside the hotel which drops you in the city centre. The hotel was hassle free, quick check-in and there is a supermarket and restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel is situated on the port which is very active with various boats, we were fortunate to get a room over looking the port.

After booking, my husband was going to arrive earlier than me and the booking was in my name. When he arrived, he the owners were gracious and allowed him to check in and even gave me a call to confirm that he was suppose to be there under my name. When I arrived, they helped me get into my room because my husband was off in the city and there was only one key. Management and staff were extremely gracious and kind. The hotel is in a great area right next to Rotterdam Tower, and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area! Our room was clean and smelled nice, the beds were on the stiffer side but I prefer a firm mattress. The bathroom was well kept and clean and stocked with small soaps. If you want a snack or a drink, you can run down to the supermarket downstairs! Overall, it was a pleasantly surprising and wonderful trip to Rotterdam and we will be staying there in the future!

Very good localisation and I have good comfort of being there. Very cosy and quiet. Very nice personnel.

The view from the room - but it was said before I booked the room (I could book the room with better view) so I cannot complain about it.

The bed was very firm but really comfy, and the view of the roof was a bit disappointing, but it did have a great view of the Euromast sometimes complete with abseilers. The bathroom wasn't the most stylish, but everything in it worked.

I couldn't get the tv to work, but as there was good wifi, the lack of Dutch tv didn't bother me. The whole place could do with refurbishment, if that happens it will make the place more expensive, and could take away some of the charm.

Nice views, friendly staff, walking distance from city centre, all the staff were very accommodating and helped me with anything I needed, the room was perfect for a solo traveller

The walls were thin and because it also had restaurant and buffet it could get noisy when they clear up, that's just expected though

Spacious room, good shower, modern tv and staff fulfilled request of 3 single beds.

Rock hard bed, bathroom light had a 2 minute warm up to come on, AC didn’t work and toilet flush/filling was incredibly loud.

I like the staff and the place as a whole

I didn't like that the restaurants start working at 12 and close at 22. Also since the building is on water it starts shaking a bit and it could be a bit uncomfortable.

The building was funny chinees, they have a store inside, a bar and a chinees restaurant.

I have no answer about that. Because we used it only for sleeping.
