The location was amazing. We didn't do too much research beforehand and found out that it was hub for good food and coffee ! The check in and check out was simple and convenient. The hotel room itself is very comfortable. Note: Wasn't a negative note for me but might be for other people, the stairs up to the rooms is very steep and small. Would be very inconvenient for people with large luggage. Also the entrance to the hotel is very small so you'll need to really look out for "The Bellhop" sign when walking down the street.

There wasn't much surface space to place my toiletries/makeup bag so when getting ready I had to put lots of my stuff on the floor which was a little inconvenient. It is located in a very central location with many bars. It wasn't a really negative for me as I sleep well regardless but it gets very noisy at night.

The location is great, right in the center of Rotterdam where all the bars and restaurants are and within walking distance of the central train station. The room was also good, clean, comfortable bed and not too small.

But the great location is also a downside because the street is always noisy at night and even with the window closed it's not the best if you want to go to sleep early. The curtain was also a bit small and I couldn't have complete darkness in the room at night. Finally, there is no elevator in the hotel. For me it was okay, maybe it should be said more clearly.

Very nice hotel in the center of Rotterdam. A lot of restaurants and bars around. You can reach it by foot from/to the Central Station - its around 15-20 min. The room is compact but comfortable and everything planned inside in a very modern and user-friendly way. I had a comfortable bad, shower, tv, table and good internet as it was described. The breakfast was also nice in café 3 min walk from hotel. Also, in the morning when I was looking for hairdryer I have noticed that it was a cute Daison analogue. As a girl I like such stuff.

Fire alarm started after 8 in the morning pushed all people outside and we were waiting around 30 min before it will stop. It spoiled the mood and morning plans to be honest( but i think its not hotel fault. Would be also nice to have some bottled water in the room.

Helpful member of staff helped me check in as I had not used their system before. The room was great, air conditioned as well. I didn’t hear any noise from outside either even though there were plenty of pubs and restaurants open till late in the street

Unfortunately I think the other rooms on my floor were occupied by a hen party cause they kept on shouting all evening in the corridor and kept going back and forth. That was quite annoying but obviously not the hotel’s fault

The staff were really nice and helpful. The facilities were ok, only problem you had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet. Room has loads of plug sockets to use. We had food in the morning we left and t was amazing. The location was great and had everything you needed.

The stairs lol. They were very tight and narrow and steep and were a little difficult to navigate going up. Coming down was ok. But don't let the stairs put you off lol.

- Amazing central location on the main street of Rotterdam. - The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is fast check-in and no-stress check-out. - The breakfast cafe is a great place, we had food there without actually booking it. - The mattress was super comfortable and you had everything you needed in the room.

- The central location is great but comes with the negative side of noise - noise cancellation is not great in the rooms and we could hear people partying all night long downstairs in the bars and clubs (also it was Saturday).

The location of the property was great. Right in the centre. Close to everything, bars, restaurants etc and Near a tram line. The bed was super comfy, and the layout was good. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, event carried out bags up to the room. There was working aircon which was lovely especially on the warm days. Internally, the room was very soundproof didn’t hear neighbours, but could hear external buzz from the bars. The breakfast was amazing, from the cafe down the road, good selection of foods. We only had 2 days breakfast but could imagine it would get a little boring, if any more days?

The bed didn’t seem to have a sheet on, only a protector sheet, not sure if this is normal? The shower and toilet layout was as expected, is that the frosted glass is a little too open, and where the shower is in front of the toilet, after a shower it’s very wet and we ended up using towels on the floor to soak up water. The squeegee did work, but not to the extent needed and so many a couple of bath matts / shower matts would be helpful in future. Another thing to note, it’s very loud street, bars are open until late even mid week, if that’s not your thing this isn’t suitable for you. It didn’t bother us as we were out with them.

I loved how easy it was to get to the Waterbus and the tram from the bellhop! It was a great location to get food (dinner and breakfast) out. We greatly appreciated the customer service; we had troubles with our door code originally, but we were able to call after hours to get into our room! We also stored our luggage at the hotel after checking out so we could explore Rotterdam for the morning. It was a convenient, cozy, and friendly stay!

The location it’s very central, and all tourist places are within a very convenient walking distance. At night the hotel street becomes very crowded and in a party mood, which we loved. So many bars and restaurants to try out, however, if you wish for a quiet night with no noise that might not be the hotel for you. Facilities are good, very practical to get in and out with your phone to check in and check out. There is no reception, but the hotel restaurant has always someone who can assist if needed.

The toilet was the only negative point as when we showered water would go everywhere. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Great location, very cozy room with minimal but stylish finishings. Great toiletries (Marie Stella Maris) and very confortable bed. Given the location, it was sufficiently quiet (we were at the first floor). The self-checkin app works very well, although it may be tricky the first time.

Staircase can be very steep and challenging for older people or small children.
