That was my 3rd time visiting this hotel. A lovely city hotel with minimal rooms and very clean in the heart of Rotterdam! The shopping area and the bar street are around the hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the central station is located 10’ away in a walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dexter is an amazing receptionist knowing how to handle any kind of a situation and making the guests feel safe and welcomed. He is a great professional and I am amazed by his skills! The warm smile of Choënety at the front office is what makes anyone who’s there feel glad to visit the hotel. Nothing was difficult to her. They all keep the reception area very clean! The housekeeping ladies are as well very kind and friendly. There are 2 lifts in a great condition that never made me feel uncomfortable or insecure since they are working perfectly and you never have to wait for them. Extra bonus; there is a coffee machine next to the lift where you can have anytime any coffee you prefer. At the same area there is located another automated snack machine where you can make your purchase by your own anytime you wish with your bank card. The doors are closed by the time of the sunset and opened by the time of the sunrise which made me feel safe as well. Only in house guest with their key card can enter the hotel when the doors are closed and the 24h reception service is an extra bonus for this room price and location . I will be definitely coming back. Thank you!

Everything was as it promised!

I had a nice, quiet and comfortable room on the 6th floor. I was very comfortable, so I was well rested. The check in service was great. The receptionist, Maria, was incredible! She was very helpful, funny, kind and welcoming. I loved her energy!

The room was very small. Check out was at 10:00 am. Normally, if the check out is at 10:00 or at 11:00, in other hotels, the check in is a bit earlier. At this hotel the check in is at 15:00 and check out is at 10:00! If you want to have a late check out you have to pay 20 euros and I find that outrageous!

Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. Good soundproofing, it was nicely quiet in the room. Control panel for ventilation and aircon in the room allowed for adjustment as needed. Hairdryer could be borrowed at the reception desk.

Only two electric outlets in the room. Curtains didn't cover the window entirely: to get proper darkness, a towel or similar would have to be used as padding. More than two coathangers would be useful in a double room.

I like the quite serene environment, no noise, the front desk are quite friendly and nice, they attend to your inquiries almost immediately.

No Tea break provided nor provision for complimentary tea/coffee in the room, even though the weather is chilly. Also the hotel doesn't accept cash payments, this constrained visitors that doesn't have credit cards, this is a policy thought, so no issues, I'll address that in my next visit to Rotterdam city. I met a guy in the lift who had similar issue, he was offering to pay me more so I can assist him to pay his hotel room with my card cos he doesn't have card/PIN. I didn't have either ...

The staff were fantastic helpful. A little issue at the beginning for me, but they sorted very quickly and were very apologetic. We were in a large group and everyone else had no problems at all. If you use your hotel to go out and explore, it is perfectly adequate as a place to rest at the end of the day.

Looks a bit worn in places, but for the price it's better than a lot of similar prices hotels.

The size of the room was sufficient and the room was clean. I liked big windows and the fact that you could not hear street noise. It was clean and looked brand new.

No table or chairs. Also, the glass around bathroom makes too much noise for the other person if you want to use it when they are sleeping. Also, if you turn on the light in the bathroom at night, the whole room gets lit up, which may wake up the other sleeping person. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room, e.g. nespresso, with a few complimentary capsules.

The easyHotel was perfectly situated in central Rotterdam allowing guest to be within walking distance to many of the city's main attractions. Check-in was easy (no pun intended), and the room was very bright and clean.

The hotel is quite small and certain people could feel cramped and uneasy in that tight environment, but the rooms were nice and clean and you simply cannot beat the central location that is only about 15 minutes' walk to Rotterdam Central Station.

The room was clean I was very comfortable in the hotel, and I felt safe to the point that I used to leave my passport and my belongings in the room, and I slept comfortably, and the staff were respectful and tolerant, and a smile never left their faces

I liked the location of the hotel very much. It is in Half, and the shops and restaurants are a very beautiful and upscale place. In every branch and street there are shops and restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is great! Location, value for money, cleanliness and space. However, I wish some of the staff would know that guests are checking into a hotel and not into a jail, I stayed there for about a week and unfortunately a few of the staff members were rude and at times just seemed unfamiliar with the term hospitality and failed to realize that is the industry they are employed in.

Although there weren't many extra facilities in the room it was modern and clean and we had a large room which met our needs as a family. The staff were brilliant and friendly and always really helpful. It was a very hot week so having air conditioning in the room was fantastic. Location was excellent and there were some amazing places to eat nearby. Everywhere we wanted to go was generally in walking distance or a bus ride away from outside the hotel.

The room could have done with a table as there was nowhere to put our things for a week's stay.
