Very clean and comfortable except we kept bumping heads with the tv. Excellent views on to a clock tower. It’s very convenient for all museums and food outlets. A kettle for tea would be good. Be aware the stairs are steep. Shower a bit slow the empty. Everything else was fine.

At night the doorway into the property had a lot of sketchy people hanging about. I think if you have kids with you it’s not ideal and if they can read English then the info on the wall of the studio can bring up interesting dinner conversations!

Not much noise given the busy location, just an occasional motorcycle or tram. Good central location with easy connections. Nice attic ambience with a high ceiling on top floor. Reasonably sized. A decent coffee machine and pods provided (cheapo version of Nespresso). Comfy bed. Good lighting.

Very long list of house rules with each issue involving a threat for immediate guest removal did not make me feel at all welcome. Really steep stairs with narrow steps, definitely not accessible for everybody. All the nice features may not apply to rooms in lower floors. Not exactly affordable.

The entire space of the studio is even larger than I expected and everything is cozy there. It's also easy to access and no hassle checking in all by myself. During the last day if my stay I had a little incident and eventually I locked myself out of the studio but the host had a quick response and helped me sort things out without too much hassles and did not affect my schedule at all.

Not exactly something I don't like, but the stairs are really steep so you will find yourself having some difficulties moving up and down if you are having some joint issues

Good sized rooms, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good shower. Air conditioning good, as easy to cool or heat the room. Location is great and very central, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

As others have said, stairs are pretty steep and narrow, so not recommended for those with mobility issues. As local area is filled with bars and restaurants, can be quite lively until the early hours of the morning - this didn't bother me at all, but worth being aware of.

The location is 15 min walking from the central station, city center, water bus. Grocery stores cofffee bars and restaurants are close. Clean facility, kitchen well equiped.

Nicely located with restaurants, bars, museums, public transport and a supermarket vert near by. Everything you might need is there. airconditioning keeping the place cool. sitting area and kitchen make it appropriate for a longer stay.

Walking the stairs can be challenging for people. It’s steep and narrow and we had to go up a few floors. But it didn’t bother us, it’s just good to know. There’s street noise, but for us it is the charm of staying in the middle of the city. And if necessary free air plugs are included.

Too much steep and small staircases. Not good for heavy luggage people. To be honest, it is good in location with fabulous window view (I lived in the flat which was faced west) and it locates near metro and tram stations. You would have an approximate 15mins walk to the busy shopping area E.g. the local traditional shopping company.

This place was amazing - we had everything we needed to cook simple meals, the beds were super comfortable, and the communication with the remote reception was great. The window key didn't work, but someone delivered another key soon after we asked ( it was hot in Rotterdam!).

The stairs were terrifying! Apparently these very narrow steep staircases are traditional in old Dutch houses, so be aware that it will be a challenge to bring up big cases without help.

Very nice little house with everything you need for cooking and chilling. Also the location was perfect only 15 minutes walk to Rotterdam central station. Would come back here 100%

The stairs are a bit hard to do with your suitcases but if you are fit is gonna be alright

A great studio apartment which was really spacious. Over and above what I thought we had paid for. The most comfortable bed of our whole stay in Europe. Although it was contact less check in the staff were very respmsive to email when we asked to drop off our luggage ahead of time
