Perfect location, awesome view. Everything that you need to stay for a few days in the middle of Rotterdam!

It looks that under the bed it hadn't been clean for years. Pack of sigarettes,woman fingernail,tonnes of dust. Couple of alive roaches were found as well.

This was our second time stay in this apartment. We were still really impressed. The room's design is modern, It's very large and clean. The bed is very comfort. There are plenty of kitchenware, oven and microwave. Enough to cook many kind of food. The bathroom is very large and also has huge bathtub. The room is at high floor so you can get the beautiful panoramic city view from above. The location is also very good. It's at center of shopping area and close to many tourist attractions such as markthal, cubes house.

Location was the BEST! It is situated in the heart of everything. Pretty much a 10 to 20 minute walk got us everywhere we needed to go. When we needed a train, it was about a 2 minute walk to the local station which took us to the main train station within 5 minutes or so. The amenities in the apartment were great. The only negative was that the laundry was downstairs, I was under the impression that it was in the apartment. This should be clarified on the site. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful. I would return to Urban Residences should my travels take me to Rotterdam in the future.

We really liked our stay. The only negative was that the laundry facilities were in the basement, a minor inconvenience. The only other missing item was that there was no furniture on the balcony to be able to sit our and enjoy the evenings.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great and the room and view were both stellar. Close to everything and I had a good time and more importantly a good sleep. Kitchenette had what I needed to make some basic quick meals. There is lots to do nearby, and plenty of places to eat and have a coffee. I would stay here again next time I visit Rotterdam.

The noise was a bit more than I was expecting where you can hear everything that happens in the hallway by the elevator. The shower area also had paint peeling from the walls, and the shower itself was a really cheap one. Coffee machine was also pretty basic and did not work well. Nothing major though. I think if someone were to spend another 50 euros a night you might be able to find something slightly nicer, but everything considered this was a nearly perfect stay. I would rather put that 50 euros extra per night into having more fun outside my room.

The penthouse was a beautiful place for our family to stay while visiting Rotterdam. It was close to (within walking/biking) distance to the train station and other attractions. A decent grocery store was a couple minutes walk away made making meals at home easy. The kitchen had all that you needed to make a meal in, minus any spices or the like. The front desk was helpful in renting bicycles for us to use and had bike storage on site. The views from the apartment were epic and delightful to look upon. The beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very helpful.

While the cleaning crew does a nice job with the cleaning, the detergent used does leave an odd smell upon arrival. (Think of Ajax or Barkeep's Friend). It goes away after airing out the space for a bit. The placement of the water faucet in the bathtub made enjoying the view a bit tricky, and a bit of TCL could be put into maintaining the apartment, mostly in the bathrooms. Overall, these were minor things for us.

The central location was perfect for our short stay in Rotterdam. We were able to walk to all the places we want to visit very easily. The room was very large and had a wonderful view of downtown Rotterdam. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would certainly consider staying here again if we return to Rotterdam.

The lighting was a little dim in the living room. And somebody upstairs power washed the balcony so that the water leaked down on our balcony and on the windows. More of a small irritation than anything but still...

The apartment was really nice for the family, with all the amenities we needed. However, the TV would have been great to have Netflix and YouTube functions. In addition, the climate cooling function, as well as the washer and dryers, were quite difficult to get working properly. We otherwise really enjoyed our stay at Urban Residences Rotterdam. It’s lovely that the building is tall with a great view of the city and is easy to spot on the walk home.

Nice big apartment wiith huge glass windows, very bright,, big bathroom, nice view on the city and very good location in the shopping area and many restaurants/cafe's nearby.

Parking very expensive with 25-30€/day,, ask for extra money for a baby bed, which I never got charged before (15€/day) , no free coffee. The beds have a thin topper mattress which slips on the bed, very annoying made the beds not comfortable.

A very cozy studio room, location is just perfect! a walk from everything you need (or don't), my studio apartment was at the 12th floor and the view of the city was stunning :) The room has everything you need and the staff provides everything else in their capabilities if you need it, the room is very smartly organized, the heating was superb it was a bit too much though, but after opening the balcony door a lil it balanced the temperature

water pressure in the shower was really low it was hard to properly clean off all the soap

Location is superb! Surrounded by shops, supermarket, mall & boutiques. Train stop just a few minutes away. Near to Markthal, Yellow cube building, 10-15 min walk to Rotterdam Central. Huge apartment. It makes you feel at home The front desk team is polite and helpful We had a great stay

There was a leaking area in one of the bedroom, however they managed to solve the issue.
