Everything about your hotel was absolutely wonderful - the place, the people/staff - everything! I am a keen cyclist and had just completed a very long tour in Europe. My bike is always kept in a pristine, clean and tidy condition - probably cleaner than me! So I was really appreciative to the staff who allowed me to keep my very expensive bicycle in my hotel room with me, similar to other top hotels where I had stayed earlier on my ride - all allowed me to keep my bike with me - for which, I am most immensely grateful. Your 'Front of house' staff even kept an eye on my bike for me when I went for a quick tour/visit of the neighbourhood prior to cycling to catching the ferry at the Hook of Holland last Friday morning! The breakfast was absolutely wonderful too! My room was immensely quiet, thus allowing me to have a very good sleep. Everything to do with your hotel is highly commendable and my decision to stay at your hotel was the best decision of all - thank you!

Everything was good.

Very nice room with view. Bed was so comfy and spacious. Bathroom was lovely as well. Breakfast was do nice from the friendly staff to the delicious food. Receptionists were also very friendly. We also went to The Iron Lady, which is one of the recommended restaurants in the little pamphlet they gave us when we arrived. You'd need to book a reservation which was quite easy to do and the food as absolutely to die for! Thank you Marriott Rotterdam, would definitely come again. ❤️

The room, the bed, and the pillows are excellent and very comfortable. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. The room was very clean. Thank you for considering these qualities; I was able to rest very well after a long business trip.

The service is excellent. It's just that I haven't been able to have breakfast as I would have liked. There weren't many vegan options. (I don't drink milk or cheese.). I think every day, more people are becoming vegan, and it would be nice to have vegan sausages or protein. It's difficult, but little by little, you'll see that these vegan options can be eaten by everyone, whereas not everyone can eat meat.

I don't normally book big corporate chain hotels, but this hotel ticked all the boxes. It's right opposite the central train station, as well as many different tram lines (swipe in and out with your debit/credit card). The double bed was massive. There was a separate shower and bath in the bathroom. Fresh water available in the lobby. Big empty fridge in the room.

Very small issue. There was a door leading to an adjoining room. The door was not locked, although the was a safety latch to stop anyone from being able to enter.

Spent the afternoon looking for a chill spot and ended up at the Marriott Hotel—what a find! Super organised, amazing breakfast with a great buffet and an à la carte menu if you want the chef to wow you. Shout-out to the brilliant staff: Max, Ahmed, Lin, Karolina (despite a slight issue with her arm)—lovely and sharp!), and the restaurant staff with the front team—can’t recall the name exactly, but they were all fantastic. Special thanks to one of the Managers on duty—wish I caught his name—he was incredibly professional, and welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. Bonus: there's a 24/7 lounge on the 12th floor with snacks if you just want to relax. My wife and I were treated so well. Top-tier experience!

Honestly, there wasn’t much to fault—but if I had to mention something, it would be that I wish I had known about the 12th-floor lounge sooner... it was such a hidden gem!

We stayed one night at this hotel and had a good experience. The biggest highlight is the location — it’s literally right across from the central station and super well-located. We didn’t use public transport at all and were still able to visit all the main spots: the Depot, the old port, the Markthal, Cube Houses, the Erasmus Bridge, etc. The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. For breakfast you have two options: a buffet or à la carte. I definitely recommend going for the à la carte option.

For a 5-star hotel, there are a few things that could be improved. The bathroom felt a bit outdated — both the shower and bathtub have fixed shower heads, which are not very convenient if you don’t want to wash your hair. The bath towels were also quite small for adults. The windows in the room weren’t very clean (though I imagine they're difficult to access for cleaning), and the soundproofing could be better — we were on the 3rd floor and could still hear quite a bit of street noise. I assume higher floors might be quieter.

The property's location is unbeatable—it's right across from Rotterdam Central train station, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The rooms are larger than average, the beds are really comfortable, and the décor is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, and the views from the restaurant are great as well. The staff was fantastic and incredibly kind—without a doubt, the hotel's most valuable asset. Thanks everyone! you have been amazing :)

There are a few small details that could be easily improved, such as the coffee from the breakfast machine—it could definitely be better—as well as some minor maintenance issues. However, nothing major. My room was supposed to have a coffee machine, as listed among the room's amenities, but it was missing. However, this didn’t affect my stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Marriott. Initially I had booked a non-refundable room but I got a flu and had to reschedule my stay. The booking coordinator was so kind to reschedule my stay to a different date. I had requested low pillows which were provided upon arrival. The room is lovely and has all the amenities one needs. The only thing that was missing though were bath robes, but not a big deal. The bed itself is so comfortable and soft! The breakfast was lovely and delicious - the staff was very friendly and informed me about what was available. I will definitely return ;-)

This is my second stay at the property, and I can confidently say that it was the right choice! Upon arrival, Max checked me in and was so friendly; I was able to check in early, which I was truly grateful for. When I came down for some drinks at the bar to take to my room, the lovely Marian (I hope I spelled that right) assisted me with carrying the drinks to the elevator. When we ordered room service later in the evening, the amazing Rizaldy (I hope I spelled that right!) came and brought our food. We had some feedback regarding the last room service delivery, and he immediately corrected that, which we were truly grateful for. Rizaldy, you are so friendly and lovely to speak to! Overall, I will be returning; the staff is so friendly and gives you that 5-star service.

My recent stay was marred by a double charge on my room rate despite I have paid as I booked, now a charge on my credit card and direct debit the same amount twice. Despite raising this issue during my stay, I was met with inconsistent information from staff members. A promised invoice was never sent / received . This has now resulted in me having to pursue the matter with both the hotel and my bank. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable and has created an entirely unnecessary inconvenience
