It has a central location. The staff was really welcoming. The room is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had al the utensils I needed.

It would be great if the room was warmer and if we could have slippers in the room as the floor was very cold.

The first receptionist (shift manager on 26-01-2025 -white short lady) was unfriendly, arrogant placed me in room facing all the noisy and ugly buildings under reconstruction facing premier suits denying availability of other rooms although she received new customers after my arrival to better rooms!

Good location just meters from the train station. The centre is close so many restaurants just 5 to 10 minutes away. Not good choice of TV channels - we asked about it at the reception and got a small device with netflix and other things like that for free - worth it. The hotel is not new - in general it is clean but you see and feel it's dated. The gym downstairs is small but OK, except for legs. Anyway, there is another and real gym 5 minutes away so the one at the hotel is just as a quick top-up. Each floor has a room with a few free laundry machines.

Terrible duvet - it is apparently synthetic - which makes you feel hot under and cold on it. I couldn't sleep for hours at times. This should be a filter field in the booking.com search form. No sauna.

Close proximity to the Central Rotterdam train station. Very walkable location to sights, shops and also trams. Pleasant views, especially being NYE to watching the fireworks Kitchenette in suites. Great selection of glasses, crockery and cookware. Dishwasher Free Washing and dryer facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay over the busy New year period.

One of our booked rooms was quite dusty,also stained couches. Bathroom could do with better location of hooks to hang towels on rather than next to toilet. Dryer not very efficient at all. Room at front of Premier suites could hear road traffic, room at back much quieter.

The room had everything we needed; the two beds were separated by a wall on which two TV were installed, one on each side. The wall was open on each side, so we could pass. This also mean that we hear each other. For a family it works really well so that kids are not in a separate room. The beds were extremely comfortable for me, I loved that. There was a big Italian shower. The price was one of the best in Rotterdam for our group. It's located 2 minutes away from the train station, which was great as we arrived at kid's bedtime to Rotterdam, and we could leave the luggage at the hotel until some minutes before the train left. The receptionist was very friendly. Very recommended!

The staff at this location is extremely nice! I got sick and they let me stay in my room an additional day and I didn't have to come and pay for it until I checked out. When a friend brought medicine they put it in my room so I didn't have to go downstairs. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and laundry is on each floor. You can't beat the location next to Central Station and in the city center.

The room could use a deep clean as the furniture was stained. There is an office building next door, and they look right inside your room, which feels awkward. You can close the curtains if you want, but the room would be pretty dark.

Lovely hotel with a great location. I've managed to stay there mid December so just around the beginning of festive season and it was absolutely a charming experience. Highly professional, helpful and friendly staff that offered me some tea upon arrival as I was waiting for my friend to join. I've witnessed reception staff handling difficult customers by chance and I have to say it was done very professionally and swiftly I was really impressed! 10/10! Very well done! We even got a phone call not long after we settled in our room just to check if we are happy with everything and needed anything else which I found very thoughtful as that has never happened to me before at other hotels. Our room I believe was 308 and it had a perfect indoor composition with bathroom separating living space and bedroom which offered a sense of privacy. Also leaving us at the end of the corridor with the panoramic view from two sides which was quite a sight especially during the night as street light illuminated the city. Room was very clean, during winter time it was a bit cold but we turned up temperature to 24 and it was very toasty :) The location of the hotel is great, it was opposite to the main central train station, very close to local supermarkets (Albert Heijn) and maybe a 15-20 min walk to reach restaurants, bars, retail shops and fabulous markthal which I highly recommend exploring!

Beware of cold floors - bring warm slippers :)

1. The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, near the bus station and metro. 2. Despite the official check-in time being 3 PM, we arrived at 12 PM and were accommodated without any issues. 3. There is a coffee machine and kettle in the lobby, and you can use them for free. 4. The staff allowed us to leave our bags free of charge after check-out since our bus was in the evening. 5. The staff was responsive and quickly resolved the issue with the missing hairdryer

1. Cash payment was not accepted, even though this option was listed on Booking.com. 2. The room was relatively clean but felt chilly. 3. The provided appliances (kettle, coffee machine) in the room were dusty and had limescale. 4. The hairdryer, although provided upon request, was outdated and should be replaced. 5. There is ongoing construction near the hotel, which might disturb some guests (though it could explain the lower price).

First of all, the location is fantastic - literally right outside of Central Station. Second of all the rooms are extremely well, equipped, light, and good size. Third of all The beds are very comfy and a good size, and the shower is amazing. Fourth of all, there is the most delicious free and fresh tea available reception 24 hours. The most standout thing, however, is how incredible the front reception staff are. In particular Laura, even in the late hours of the night always receives you with a smile makes you feel incredibly welcome, goes above and beyond her job to make sure you have everything you need and is so helpful giving great advice about the area and things not related to the hotel. She is for sure a great asset to the team and was a highlight of the stay. Thank you so much for everything.

The location is great, right by the train station and a only a short walk into town, everything is very close by. The room was spacious and comfortable, even the sofa bed was big enough for me! The kitchen was well equipped but could have done with a few more things. The Laundry room was a bonus. The staff were excitement, friendly and helpful especially when I couldn't open the safe. The complimentary drinks in the reception was nice too.

The kitchen could have done with more equipment, glasses, plates, mug etc, and there was no towel rail in the bathroom or hooks to hang towels. there were 4 or us in the apartment so hang 4 towels to dry was an issue, Sheets and duvet covers didn't seem to fit the beds or bedding.
