- Great location. - Overall, the quality of the rooms is very good. - Overall, the staff is very nice, helpful and competent. - Free coffee and some healthy snacks (oranges, apples).

- Toilet with the sliding doors that do not close. Other people can see through the sides. Do travel only with people around whom you are comfortable. - Room in another building, further away from the reception. - Our cards to access the building and room stopped working on day 1 evening. It is likely that the staff member accidentally enabled the cards only for one day. We needed to get back to the reception late in the evening when we returned from the city in order to extent functionality of the cards for the next days. - Sofa bed is a bit outdated and not very comfortable.

Location was very good being only 10 minutes from the central train station and therefore the centre of town. The staff were all very amiable and accommodating. The decor was very modern and stylish. Having a coffee pod machine in the room was great! The breakfast was also good but could be improved with a change in variety of offering from time to time.

Air con in our room was a little noisy and did not seem to be accurate in measuring the temperature. Their was not enough storage space to hang all your clothes, adding a couple of hooks for outdoor clothes would help.

Location of hotel was good - approx 10 minutes walk from Centraal Station. I love to discover a city via walking but tram stop nearby for those who want easier access to Rotterdam. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean with good Internet.

The decor of the room and lighting presented certain problems. Black walls does make the room quite oppressive. Desk area had no good lighting for reading/using laptop. I had to use flashlight on my phone to read instructions on safe. Likewise no good lighting at the basin - when shaving couldn't clearly see whether my face was completely clean-shaven as light focused on right side but not left. Also quite bizarrely there were no towel rails to hang and dry towels.

The apartments are super. The location is in a quiet area, 10-15 minutes to the central station, the apartments themselves have everything you need for both a short and a longer stay.

of the minuses (I'm not sure if it's critical) there was a problem with the key cards, if one card was in the room and the second one went somewhere, the door didn't want to open, maybe it was a system failure or someone didn't close the door completely, but it's better not to risk it

the staff was very nice and kind, service was easy and well done. room was comfortable and clean. batbroom was great and spacious. and the hotel is located in a great area for visiting the city. its both on a 10 minute walk from both the zoo and the city center which is great, the transit connection is also great and for those with a car they can offer a parking which is great for the fare you pay.

someone else parked in the parking spot i was assigned by the hotel so i had to find out using the map on which spot i was allowed to park

It was very clean & comfortable beds & lovely shower & great breakfast & very nice staff.

One room wasn’t big enough to use,so two had to share a room,we spoke to reception staff & we chose to hand back the key to the room. We were advised they could have refunded us,had it been a direct booking with them,but because it was booked with Booking.com there was nothing they could do,and we could bring it their attention.

The room with the park view, location, and comfortable bed.

When we arrived, we had to wait 5 minutes in front of the registration desk without being considered (no eye contact and greeting) by two staff busy on their computers. No welcome or so! Found it unprofessional! Other days, there were some other stuff members, and they were nice. The door wasn't isolated well for the sound, and from time to time, there was sound coming from the corridor.

The location was just perfect. The rooms are well set and very comfy.

We asked two separate bed but, we got the double bed. What annoyed us was the parking which was included in our booking but when we arrived there was no availability and we had to pay it ourselves. Second, the staff initially gave us the wrong direction to the second location of the hotel. When we called, we had to return back to the hotel because they could not guide us from where we were.

The breakfast was wonderful. It was close to a grocery store, so I was able to get a few items to eat instead of eating out all the time. The bathroom was a nice size. The staff was very helpful in helping us navigate the city.

The room is very dark since it is furnished in dark colors. I would have liked a luggage rack to put my suitcase on. I had to place it on the floor which I don't like to do.

The rooms have a minimalist, contemporary, black and gray look. They are spacious, comfortable and quiet with high quality drapes and a great shower. The hotel is an easy 10-15 minutes walk from Rotterdam Centraal station on Weena Ave. It offers to store your bags. There is complimentary mint water, tea and coffee ( and fresh fruits outside breakfast hours) in lobby. You can rent bikes from the hotel.

The desk in the rooms is rather small and could greatly benefit from a table lamp with outlets. Some people may consider the lighting in the rooms to be on the dim side. Also they have no luggage racks. The room could easily accommodate two racks The elevator had a slight sewer smell.
