End of terrace property on a tree lined street a 15 minute walk from Central station. Wonderful host who was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious, the bed was big and very comfortable and the separate bathroom was also large with a good shower. Both were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. There was a fan. Excellent breakfast served in the room.

There isn’t anywhere secure to store bicycles although we used the facility in Central station which worked ok. Separate bathroom not as ideal as en suite but it was private for our use only. The room was a little warm and the curtains didn’t really give proper blackout but these were minor things on the whole.

The location is great to explore Rotterdam city, walking distance to the central. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Simone and Erwin provided excellent breakfast in room, very well organised with great nutritional value! They also are very helpful with the tourist information. We had a bit difficulty with the parking, but Erwin helped to sort it out immediately. Thank you!

Being made to feel welcome from the very first minute,the tastefully and practically designed room. The absolutely beautiful bathroom. The breakfast trolley on Sunday was a joy to behold. Simone and Erwin were just brilliant hosts and due to that fact we were motivated to be good guests. The house in itself is within easy walking distance from the main station and situated in one of the quieter streets. A really nice place to stay. We would definitely go back.

That the stay was so short. Another night would have been great.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. They took my specific needs into account. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The B&B is very well located and charmingly decorated. The place is intimate but the room and bathroom are spacious.

The building is not very well insulated from street and upstairs noise. I don't know if this could be improved.

I loved the place the moment I stepped in. I came from India on a solo travel trip to the Netherlands. The owner received me and suggested places I should visit in Rotterdam. The room was clean, tastefully done up, with all amenities needed. The breakfast was very nice. I would strongly recommend you stay here.

As the room was on the ground floor, at times loud talking of people on the road could disturb sleep.

Hosts were amazing. Both Simone & Erin were prepared to share their local knowledge with us. On arrival day we were shown a large map indicating the places of interest & given some great tips. The room itself was a delightful art deco room, spacious, a generous supply of towels & a huge comfortable bed. Appreciated the sensor light which came on if you needed the toilet at night. The wonderful, generous breakfast was the icing on the cake!

One of the best places we've ever stayed! The hosts are exceptional. They went above & beyond in every detail, including a large breakfast delivered to our door. Other amenities are also outstanding. The bedroom & bath are large and we'll appointed, The neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend.

The hospitality was fantastic, Simone and her husband kept us well fed with the breakfast room service on a cart! Simone also opened the door for us pretty late as our flight was delayed. The location was very central only 15 mins walk from Rotterdam Centraal. The room was large and the bathroom was massive as well. She prepared bathrobes and slippers for us and made our stay very comfortable.

Having the bathroom outside of the room made it slightly inconvenient but as she gave us the bathrobes it was easy for us to put them on and walk out to go there. The bathroom is also just outside the room so it's not far. The room had some noise from outside as the bedroom is on the ground floor. Thankfully it is a quiet enough neighbourhood so the noise stopped when we actually wanted to sleep.

Amazing breakfast and hospitality, really recommended! It is not just a place to stay but a whole experience, I'm sure I will remember the fine little details (like the candle in the toilet for the nights) years from now.

It was a bit of a surprise that the bathroom was not en suite, but that was on my end not reading the details close enough. It is en suite for the other room though, so just check it. As it is an old house, noises from the upper level do bother a bit. Nevertheless, I would go back.

Simone was great. We had a private shower and sink but had to share a toilet (usually a showstopper with the wife). Wow, Simone kept it continually clean, with scented candles and sea gull sounds. It ultimately wasn't an issue at all. Simone is a great host and a real B&B host who loves people. Breakfast was great and was brought to our room. Neighbourhood was urban but not overwhelming. What book again without hesitation.

Shared bathroom, but Simone made sure it was perfect. No issues overall.
