Great location, good breakfast and very friendly and lovely hostess. Nice, clean and spacey room, and the bathroom was recently renovated. The fridge in the room was a big plus :)

The only minus was the clogged shower drain.

The hotel is very centrally located. Everything is clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Hear prepares the breakfast by himself and thererfore everything is made really fresh. As the hotel is on a side street, all the rooms are very quiet and there are no noise problems. If someone finds loud footsteps disturbing, then that is their personal problem. The room was big and spacious. Plenty of room to sit down and stretch out my legs. There was also a small balcony. In the summer I would have used it immediately.

Please note that the bathroom is very small but still functional. If you have a problem with that or want a big bathroom incl. bath tub, you should enquire directly with the hotel in advance to avoid any nasty surprises. This would not do justice to the small, yet stylish hotel.

The owner Marco is a very friendly, polite and helpful man. You feel at ease with him from the first moment. He told me where to park my car, where I could grab some tasty food etc. The hotel is very clean., the bed is very comfortable, it took me only a couple of minutes to get asleep. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast is good. This hotel is situated in a very quiet street, so you don't have any noise from outside. I enjoyed staying here very much.

Everything went very well at this accommodation. Marco was a very friendly host, always with a smile and willing to make us feel comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and the variety of breakfast options was also very satisfactory

It's a typical building so you have to climb very steep stairs with your luggage to reach the room but the handrail is very useful. The TV signal was constantly failing but for me that wasn't a major issue

Good location, close to central part of the city. 25 min by foot from central train station. Close to many restaurants and bars. Quiet street. I don't know about parking options. The room was clean and bright, right size. View to the inner green courtyard. Clean bathroom with all you need things. The host is very helpful. Breakfast is limited but good quality.

The stairs to the living room are very steep, certainly not for everyone, but often common in Holland. Limited choice of breakfast.

The hotel is within walking distance to the city center (about 15-20 minutes walking distance) or one stop on the metro. The staff is insanely friendly and nice that you want to go back there again. The breakfasts are simple but delicious. The room was insanely comfortable and the view was of a cute courtyard.

If you're a sensitive sleeper, the walls are a little thin and you can hear what's going on in the hallway.

Good location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport. In walking distance to main attractions in the downtown area. Marco (the owner) is very nice.

The stairs up to the rooms is very steep. It wasn't a problem for me personally, but can be an issue for people with some health issues. No elevator available. Basic breakfast, the same every day. Thin walls, you can hear what's happening in the hallway or in the adjacent rooms.

Hotel owner Marko was very nice and friendly. Really takes care of people. Always ready to help out - we borrowed umbrella from him. He made us feel welcomed. Makes incredible breakfast. The omelette and coffee are very good. Everything was clean always. Even put a champagne bottle and glasses to celebrate birthday.

If only there was something negative to say! We dont!

The hotel has very good location - 30 minutes by foot from train station, similar time to city centre and big part of attractions. It is located on quite street but near the hotel has few bars, shops, coffees, restorants. . Room was good size, bed as well. In the room has tv, microwave, kettle, fridge and table fan (no air-condition), coffee and tea. . Breakfast - good..(choice between omlets, scrambled eggs and continental breakfast). The host Marco is very helpful and friendly..

Very accommodating host, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast, the made to order omlette at breakfast was wonderful! On street parking for our stay of 24 hrs was €18.

Although only 3 stops on the tram to central Rotterdam, actually purchasing tickets wasn't easy! Once you have them the journey was fast and simple. My suggestion would be to buy a day ticket early in the day when there are staff around should you need assistance. One of the ticket machines at our station wasn't working and as a result it took quite some time to get tickets.
