This hotel is in the perfect location!.. We are senior women and felt very safe at all times here. The whole city of Delft is charming. The bedrooms were quaint and all loved how they were different. Beds were comfortable and bath rooms had plenty of room. We loved our square in the front and had many meals there. The wonderful staff was exceptional, helping with all of our questions and many request. Thank you!
Hopefully they will look into air conditioning in the future. We were there in Late April with many days in the low 60's and a few 80's. We all had fans which handled the temperature fine but would not stay here in the summer. Also, no elevator which was ok for us. The staff helped with suitcases.

Our room is at the 2nd floor with large windows facing the market square. We love it. Restaurants and cafes are around the square that make it super easy to feed the stomach and thirsty. We had no problem to sleep even though the square was full of hungry people. The windows are pretty good to keep the noise staying outside. The breakfast is simple which is fine for us as we are light breakfast takers. The room is spacious enough and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. The location is great and a few minutes walk to zuidpoort garage. Ice cream store just around the corner perfect for after the dinner. Staff are friendly. We're happy to stay in this stylish hotel and will come back next time.

Traditional Dutch hotel. Staff friendly, efficient. Hotel extremely clean, well maintained. Rooom and bathroom larger than most in class.. Traditional breakfast. Less than 20 mins walk (w suitcase) from train station. Situated on Beestenmarkt, which has several good cafes, restaurants w massive outdoor seating area. Warm, friendly atmosphere overall
As long as you recognize that this is a very good traditional hotel. No luxuries, which is fine by me. Wasnt anything I didn't like. Great value for money

This small Dutch home was definitely home from home very comfortable spotless clean All the reception staff were warm and friendly...really helpful information when we had train strike yesterday and needed to get to the airport The location is ideal many places to choose from in the near vicinity to dine or have a drink in the square
We both enjoyed our break and would love to stay again ,no complaints what so ever

A stylish hotel, well-located, and with pleasant staff. My room was spacious and comfortable with a coffee-maker and lovely toiletries (Ritual brand) A nice, simple breakfast Note: the best cafes and restaurants are a short walk away near the Oude Kerk
The noise and lack of privacy. The street was very noisy with passers-by shouting until after midnight and my room was right on the street so they were just metres from my bed. In addition, men were working on a scaffold directly outside my window, so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. I still enjoyed my stay but if my room had been quieter and more private, the experience would have been so much nicer The rooms need better lighting - they are too dark

The hotel is situated in Delft old town just off the main square, well placed for everything, with several restaurants within metres and large supermarkets 5 minutes away. It felt boutique and home-like. The bedroom was comfy and well appointed. The bathroom spotless and in good condition. No room refrigerator, but the staff offered the use of the kitchen refrigerator. Breakfast was continental style with an excellent good choice of dishes - quality sourced, and on Delft porcelain. It's an old building, very nicely decorated and has a characteristic steep staircase (no lift). All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and I should note that the family taxi company they work with were also exceptional. I would definitely go back.

The hotel was perfectly positioned in a historic and beautiful square, close to many restaurants and shops plus the wonderful market. The hotel decor was stunning. The staff were wonderful- helpful and friendly. The lady on reception when we arrived showed us where we could store our bikes nearby (Delft has several free, secure storage halls for bikes) and she also helped us carry our panniers up to our room!
Nothing- it was perfect

Excellent location - at the same time in the very center of the historical old town, on a square overgrown with old plane trees with a large number of small restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is very cozy, quiet and clean. The staff is responsive and pleasant. Original interior design. The room is large and comfortable. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room.
I would have rated the hotel higher if it weren't for two things we were missing. First of all, the double bed in the room was made from two separate mattresses, and not from one whole (as they love for some reason in the Netherlands). It’s very uncomfortable, the mattresses keep moving apart. Secondly, there was not a minibar in the room. We wanted to buy some cheese at a local market, but abandoned the idea because there is no mini-fridge in the room.

On this visit the hotel allowed us to bring the bike into their limited storage. Last year we used the Ustall close to the theatre which is indoors, guarded and locked at night, a short walk from the hotel itself. Big room suprisingly quiet considering that the hotel is situated in a very popular central square location. Loads of restaurants in Delft for dinner, good breakfast, 15 mles approx ride to Harwich ferry.
All OK

Rooms were larger than expected, good bathroom with walk in shower (no bath). Very clean throughout hotel and good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff speaking good English and very helpful. Location in centre of old Delft on former market square which is now traffic free meeting place/street cafe. Many restaurants and bars around square. Easy walk to railway stations and trams, and to the main market square.
Would have liked more ceiling lights in room to provide more even lighting throughout the room. No safe in room.
