The staff where brilliant, for such a young team, very helpful, would recommend the hotel to anyone, it's in the middle of town and tip top.

We could not unload the minibus at the hotel and had to walk several time to unload the minibus. Maybe an idea, to have a wagon/trolly were you can put the baggage on??? food for thougth !!!"

We liked that it was cozy by the bed but spacious enough to open two suitcases by the entrance. The water pressure was amazing and always hot. The bed and pillows were so comfortable - plus easy access to light switches by bed. There were hooks and plenty of hangers for clothes and towels. There was ample storage and shelf space. Breakfast was outstanding - you can get made to order eggs (it's not super clear but you just need to ask). Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Minor things: The separate hot and cold taps - could be temperamental / get too hot at first. As others have said, the bathroom mirror is a little dark.

The location excellent, the courtyard 👍🏼 The team at the reception so much nice and Mr Martin and Ms Barbra were exceptional in their generous assistance, politeness and readiness to make our stay comfortable The shower 👍🏼and my room in the corner cosy with many windows yet no noise from outside We were allowed to keep our luggage in storage few hours after check out at 11am 👍🏼

The access to the hotel with 5 family luggage bit difficult as cars not allowed close but the team was wonderful and helped bring the suitcases in.. The breakfast could be way much better

Large, comfortable room with great shower. Delightful staff. From reservations to checkout, communication was wonderful. They even send info through Whatsapp so you are well informed before you arrive. They even surprised me with a bag of snacks to take when I checked out.

This isn't a dislike, but something people should know. You or your driver can't drive up to the hotel door, so you are let out (and picked up by taxi) a couple minutes walk. It's not as bad as it sounds, but this was the only thing I wasn't aware of. If someone has mobility issues, it's something to consider, but I would 100% stay here again.

I stayed at The Collector about a year ago for work and chose it again because it is extremely well located in a picturesque courtyard, very clean and modern but not cold, and has a nice ground floor coffee shop / lobby / bar area to work from or take meetings. The staff are super friendly and easy to work with. Overall the room was comfortable.

Two details did slightly compromise the value/comfort of the stay for me. My room did not have a desk and it would have been helpful for this to be extra clear when booking, because I would have chosen a room class with a desk - traveling for work it is really essential to have a desk. And, for a hotel of this style/caliber, I would have expected hair conditioner and body lotion to be provided (as shampoo and body wash were) - especially during the cold winter.

Great location, right in the middle of everything. Dozens of places to eat nearby, close to the tram for longer expeditions. Staff went above and beyond in helping us--kind, friendly, knowledgeable. Breakfast: amazing spread of everything. Walking distance: Vermeer's "Girl with the Pearl Earring," some of Rembrandt's most powerful paintings, the "Peace Palace" with the history of the International Court of Justice. We loved The Collector and The Hague!

There was nothing we didn't like in our stay, except it was too short!

Excellent and beautiful location, right in the heart of the Hague. Hotel is beautiful and uniquely interesting, staff very friendly and going out of their way to make your stay fun and welcoming. The bar/breakfast space is wonderful, full of funky and hip collected items on display - during breakfast you keep discovering new and interesting pieces. Lots of quality as well as affordable restaurants in walking disstance.

The closest car park is some 5-8 minutes away, not a problem in itself but something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage.

This is a very centrally located hotel, yet no noise from the outside filters in. Very friendly staff and some nice touches such as hot hand towels upon checking in and a goody bag upon checking out. Nice breakfast which can get busy so please go at the right time or book a table for a certain time. My daughter loved the perfume sampler (where you can get a spray of a range of perfumes for just €1)

Not the fault of the hotel, but in the mornings when most shops are closed, the city centre can feel a bit dodgy.

The location is absolutely perfect, literally 2 steps across from a food hall with all kinds of cuisines and in the heart of the city center of den haag with access to shops and most public transport options. The staff were friendly and the accomodation was clean and with all necessary ammenities for a short stay. The highlight was definitely the style and decor, full of history and character.

The shower head needed dekalking and the shower stall has no door so the bathroom floor got wet. There were loud deliveries at the alleyway our room faced in the early morning, which was a bit unpleasant. A proper mini fridge would have been great, but these are very minor issues, we would stay again.

This hotel was absolutely amazing—perfect in every way. Everything was spotless, with a beautiful and stylish design. I loved all the collectibles throughout the space, including old cassette tapes, vintage cars, and unique furniture. The bathroom was perfect, and the room was spacious with an incredible view of the street. I stayed in a first-floor corner room, which made the experience even more special. The location was ideal—right between great stores and restaurants, making everything easy to reach on foot.
