Very comfortable bed, nice bathtub, great location

A hair was left on the toitel mirror desk from previous guests.... There was an apple seed on the floor, too... + something unexpected happened.... As I ordered pizza delivery (room service was not available at the hotel), reception called me to inform that my pizza was at the reception. As I get up to leave the room, open my door and see many luggage 🧳 in front of my door. Then a man appears too, saying - what are you doing in my room 😁😳 So the receptionist had made the mistake of giving my room key to someone else... thank God, he didn't come inside the room, but it's something I will remember for a while...

View through the window was cool! The bed was soft and big , the pillows were comfortable , there is a small fridge, kettle and tea ☕️ ! thanks for this comfort level 🙏 Wonderful whereabouts, close to everything ! Railway station, city centre , lots of trams, restaurants, shops , museums ! I like it! 👍 And you have opportunity to leave your luggage 🧳 before check-in and after check-out

I have got message from hotel, that check-in from 14.00, on the reception desk I was informed that check-in starts from 15.00, and finally you can find information on booking page this hotel that check-in from 16.00! Three different times ! Really ? If you arrive early and want to settle down in your room, it will cost you extra money. Please be careful ! And of course this hotel should clean up this mess with time check-in everywhere)

This hotel is centrally located, an easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. The room was very comfortable, bright and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was silent, yet full, and the noise insulation of the windows was great. Bathroom in tip-top condition with a huge shower. The room had a spacious desk and sockets plus a comfortable office chair, which I really liked. The breakfast was good value - this was an excellent stay and I would certainly come back to this hotel next time in The Hague.

Honestly, nothing much. The bar was a little meh, but at this price point that didn’t matter.

The room was a comfortable size, the lighting could have been brighter especially as the day light is becoming shorter. Glad to see there was not an option not to have the room cleaned every day. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods and all presented frest daily. The location was excellent, walking distance from the main train station and numerous trams and buses.

A more thorough clean of the room before we got there. I appreciate that there are a vast number of restautants in the city but one with a little more vatiety on the premises would be a bonus.

The location was excellent, a short walk from Den Haag Centraal and close to the tram stops we wanted to use. The room was a good size with a nice over bath shower, it took us a while to discover the kettle in the cupboard and the mini fridge was very useful. A big bonus was BBC One & Two on the tv! The staff were extremely helpful with all our queries about getting around the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a little bit more expensive than our usual hotels but the location was important so we decided to pay a bit more. We bought breakfast on our first morning and it was a bit disappointing, not worth €24 each.

Neat as usual, spotless cleaned room and bathroom. To me, nothing changed here in years but it looks well maintained. This sustainability trend applies here as well but in a more graceful way than in other hotels. In bathroom we had only soaps but at least they smelled nicely. Real glass drinking glasses, stoneware coffee mugs.... 4 (good) pillows, chapeau for this! We also enjoyed the big smart-tv. The staff deserves a full 10. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and as it's next door to Amare, we will come back here when needed.

Nothing.

We stayed for 4 nights and Sept 2024. Hotel was very close to shopping area and a 10 min walk from the Station which is a short train journey to and from Schipol. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a suite on floor 9. The breakfast was excellent for choice of european food. Could hire a hotel bicycle but we were to busy walking around the areas museums. Being close to the Station we had ready access to trams and buses going in every direction.

A couple of wall lights had failed but not an issue

When visiting the Hague for work, Mercure is the perfect spot for me. I have known this Hotel for more than 20yrs and it's location, the breakfast, the staff is top! Nothing is too much for them! And for our small meetings, their lobby seating is the best! They will be renovating this year... I am hoping that the warmth and coziness will stay!

In the past they had a small work station in the lobby. It's not there anymore.

Great location, right in the middle of the city with access to all means of transports, a self-laundry just 2 minutes walk, great restaurants, library and shops, great comfort, feel safe. The room has almost everything, from minibar, working coffee machine, TV that we can cast to, snacks, drinks, and safety box. Plus, I particularly like the view from the room.

Twice the cleaning services didn't come in even though we have removed the "Still Dreaming" sign and went for walk for practically all day (only came back at 5PM). Maybe we should have removed the sign earlier though.

I enjoyed my stay. I have been there before in the recent past. I am never disappointed. One of the best value for money hotels in The Hague. Polite staff. Perfect location, excellent breakfast.

The restaurant closes at 22 hours sharp. Impossible to dine in the Hotel or in the neighbourhood if you come back from a meeting or check in after that hour. But in The Hague it is hélas like this everywhere.
