Location near central train station (fabulous) and having a small kitchen (convenient) and helpful, friendly staff.

Breakfast is chaos. Located in a small area on level 9 near reception, I followed advice and went between 9-10am instead of “rush hour”. The choices were many but still no seating. Coffee machine is located in a tiny crowded nook, scrambled eggs dry and inedible. Toilet paper is so coarse that I purchased replacement in supermarket.

The location is central, although with the back entrance giving into the courtyard of a "Hof", it was sometimes difficult to get our/Google's bearings - the front entrance through Moxy Hotel worked better. Super-convenient (E25-32/day) underground public parking - we had a space right by the doors to the hotel. No obvious issue with drunks as mentioned in 1 review. We got a free upgrade on arrival to a room with a panoramic view across the city to the sea - see photos. And a couple of windows even opened a bit for fresh air. The bed was huge and comfy, and we moved some furniture to avoid bashing into the TV between bed and living area (see other reviews). The room had an efficient kitchenette and eating area. We were able to eat in a couple of nights, enjoying our sunset panorama, though we used microwave meals and did not try cooking. There was a dishwahser which could be filled if you used everything, and otherwise provided a handy drying rack. The fittings were new and clean, the space was airy and uncluttered and the bathroom worked well, though would benefit from a bit more lighting. We had no problem with the breakfast space or supplies and ate varied offerings across our stay. Staff were there for most of the day and night, and were helpful, including the friendly crowd at sister hotel, Moxy, downstairs. They provided a very safe bike room, with power for charging, coming down themseleves to unlock it when we came and went. We were close to the main sights, trams, numerous restaurants and bars, and to supermarkets. There are also help-yourself fridges with drinks and snacks (you pre-pay a set daily rate and then they refund any unspent amount). At Moxy there is a pay-at-reception offering of snacks and drinks. Pizza is available on-site 24/7. Lifts woked well. I don't know how Airbnb's can compete with this convenience and level of service - all at a just-about affordable price for Den Haag.

We still have not had our refund of the E120 put on our card for extras although we checked out 6 days ago, albeit with Easter in between. This whole process was not very clear:- on check in we initially thought we'd been overcharged as there was no mention of taking money in advance. And at check out they assured us we would not be charged when in fact we had already paid the extras, and it took a while for the lady to confirm it would be a refund. This is a bit concerning when you are on a short stay in a different country and don't know how easy a reclaim will be.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely lovely—large, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. It felt like a perfect retreat after a long day. The on-site gym was a great bonus—well-equipped and convenient for keeping up with my routine. The continental breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying, with a nice variety that included warm eggs and crispy bacon alongside fresh bread and other options. Overall, a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great amenities.

Excellent city centre location, 10 minutes walk to the main station and right on the shopping streets, but also close to historical sites. Hotel entrance first time was slightly confusing, either the main remote door on the back back of the tower or through another hotel lobby. Comfy and large room, kitchenette facilities, good wifi, helpful staff, good selection for breakfast. I would go back again.

Breakfast seating might be potluck as the table area is not huge, but we were OK every day - but you are informed about it. Really nothing I did not like

Spacious, comfortable room with great amenities + a small kitchen with sufficient utensils and appliances, including a small dishwasher, a coffee maker, coffee tabs, tea, salt and pepper. Great soundproofing and super comfy bed, had the perfect sleep. Complimentaey breakfast with sufficient options for anybody, great coffee available the entire day in the lounge. Free access to gym and laundry room was greatly appreciated. But the best part is the lounge with all the board games and access also to the Moxy lounge/bar with additional games to play. The place has an exceptional vibe and the staff are just amazing: always nice, friendly and helpful, it's always a pleasure to return to Moxy/Residence Inn! Location is simply unbeatable.

Staff at Checkin was super friendly. The lobby has free coffee, tea and juices 24/7. There is a fitness room and a washer if you need it. Solid continental breakfast was included and the breakfast room was small. I think the hotel mostly caters to business travelers who want to pick up some fast breakfast to take it back to their room. The room had a kitchenette, a full size fridge and everything you need to make a longer stay comfortable. If I had a reason to travel to The Hague for Business for weeks at a time, this is a very good choice of a hotel.

The room has all we need like a "home away from home". We stayed 1 night in The Hague, location is about 600m to Den Haague Main station. Could easily get around via train, tram and bus. Short walk to Chinatown, MC Esher Museum, 22 mins tram ride to Scheveningen beach. Has safety deposit, ironing board and iron, induction cooking and kitchen amenities. Internet was stable, breakfast simple and at a cozy environment. Staff were most helpful to help keep our bags before and after check-out.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean, in a skyscraper just 5 minutes away from the city centre by foot. It has a kitchen, if someone wants to cook. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom really clean. It was a wonderful experience to stay in the hotel

Although the hotel had 4 stars, it didn’t offer single use sandals. Also, the breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices. It was ok. The room, where the breakfast was served, had fewer tables than the residents. So some residents took their breakfasts in their rooms.

Staff were kind and available to help when needed, lovely breakfast and breakfast area, good facilities in the rooms and great location

A few things in my bathroom were not functioning well (broken shower holder, missing seal of shower cabin which caused flooding). The staff were informed though so perhaps this will be fixed for future visitors, though I was surprised the housekeeping hadn't already made them aware of these issues. The housekeeping had left a water bottle of theirs and forgot to leave me any towels on one occasion, which did not leave a good impression, also there were dusty areas

The property was very nice. Amazing location and the apartment was stocked with everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. The cleaning staff were AMAZING and very accommodating, breakfast was also very good. The apartment itself was spacious and the size of the room was very good making it an enjoyable stay.

The only issue we had in the property was with one member of staff who came across very passive aggressive. All other staff were very warm and accommodating however this one particular staff member was very blunt and did not smile making us feel very uncomfortable whilst at the reception part of the apartment complex.
