Centrally located and close to the central train station, this hotel is excellent for a short trip to The Hague. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfy, the shower was powerful and the air conditioning was a bonus as it was warm weather. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful and the reception is staffed 24/7, so there is always someone to answer questions or help out.

A minor point but I would have liked the ability to make a hot drink in the room or at least on each floor. I know the coffee machines in the bar restaurant are available to guests at all times but it is a fair distance from the rooms.

The hotel is in a good location a short walk from both the railway station and shopping streets. It’s clean, modern, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room (floor 7) was spacious with city view, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom very small but shower worked well. Free tea and coffee available at all times of the day via machines in the restaurant, and breakfast is was fine.

There was no easy chair in the room so you had to sit on the bed if you wanted to read. (There is a stool by the little workspace but it doesn’t work as a relaxer chair). No wardrobe or drawers, but a metal frame hanging in an alcove by the door with a few hangers on it which was a bit fiddly so we didn’t use it.

Centrally located, the hotel is an easy walk fron Den Haag Centraal. The room had no thrills, but did the trick. It was priced reasonably for the Netherlands. The staff was generally friendly.

Cleanliness was an issue. It was especially evident in the bathroom. Someone staying there before me had long dark hair, which I know because his/her hair was preserved on one of the shampoo containers. Although, if I wouldn't have noticed that, there was more on the tiles of the shower. If the goal was to distract me from the uneven temperature of the water coming from the shower, it didn't work: the hot water comes and goes just hectic enough to make your shower an annoying experience.

As some previous guests in Booking, we were moved to the Residence by Marriott which is on higher floors in the same building. The room/small studio was comfortable (bit less character than Moxy rooms perhaps) and the Marriott staff kinder and more professional than those of Moxy. All stays in Residence come with a breakfast, which was a nice one with plenty of options.

Parking is a public one next to the hotel at 20 euros per night, it’s fine. Pet’s fee is the highest I’ve paid in comparison to other places in Europe (25 euros/night). Luckily, staff were kind enough to only charge one night.

The enthusiastic and service minded staff at Moxy is a super asset for the hotel (hope they are rewarded!). I liked the grand room in modern, open style It was provided with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom is just perfect.There is no kettle but the absence of this is well cured by free coffee in bar/restaurant area. As I don't like city lights in my face at night I appreciated the efficient curtains.

The one big drawback I can think of was the very large noice and disturbance that rain made on the metal "rim", windowsill type, on the facade. To me, on sixth floor, it sounded like someone throwing bolls/objects in the corridor. Very annoying when trying to sleep! Mind you, I am sensitive!

I had multiple options for a place to choose from, and this one wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. I made the right choice. When approaching the hotel I couldn't believe how perfect its location was. This may be the best hotel from the list based on its location. You can easily walk to the shopping street in a couple of minutes and get to any required public transportation you need. Reception was fantastic and helped right away. Breakfast options were ideal. In other words, the overall vibes of this place stay fantastic. To sum up: - Best location ever - Friendly staff - Great breakfast - Cozy overall feeling

A few things can be improved but they were not enough to ruin the overall experience: - When I arrived, the elevator system went out of order, and only two of the four elevators worked, prolonging the waiting time. - Trash lying around on the ground outside where trees are growing. - Cleaning staff might need a better checklist for what to check for when cleaning rooms. This checklist could help them catch issues like damaged walls, hangers that fall out of the wall, or clogged showers, addressing these issues and preventing guests from being let into problematic rooms.

Room was fine. Good size, good bed, good bathroom. The only thing that should be improved is storage for clothing. Hanging your clothes on the wall or keep them in your bag is just not handy. The staff is excellent and makes up for everything you might miss otherwise. Very thoughtful, kind and social. They seem to create a community together amongst them and are able to give you a feeling of belonging to that community. The staff is happy, international, social and professional, hard to find these days in large hotel businesses, this is recruitment and work culture well done.

• I really enjoyed how spacious the room was, and the big flat-screen smart TV. I travelled with a small suitcase (hand-carry size), which fit perfectly on the provided luggage storage, leaving ample room. • Located pretty much in the heart of Den Haag, everything you need is within walking distance: a supermarket, gym, public transport, DH Central Train Station, and many sights which can be found on a nice walk through the city. • The check-in process was very quick, only needing to pay the city’s “tourist tax”, and check-out also took less than a minute. The hotel staff is quite friendly. • I enjoyed the atmosphere of the bar/restaurant area – quite cozy and modern.

• The room was a little bit cold, though this was fixed after talking to a receptionist. The room thermostat cannot be set to more than 26°C, tho the room feels colder than that. The temperature also changes on its own, probably due to temperature timers set by the hotel. • When closing the bathroom door (non-lockable), you can feel a cool draft on you while sitting on the toilet, or at your feet when showering. But as mentioned, this wasn’t really that big of a problem after talking to the hotel staff.

The location is superb - a 5- 10min walk to the central station and very close to various restaurants, the Mauritshuis and shopping district. Modern facilities- sockets/ USB ports by beds, smart TV, Wifi Loved that they could accommodate early check in.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Simple things like replenishing the toilet roll ( we had a 4 night stay and we had to ring for a new toilet roll as we ran out), we had to ask for the extra bed to be set up after we checked in ( we had our 9 year old with us and had asked for an extra bed) and we were only provided with 2 sets of towels even though there were 3 of us. We had to ask daily for the third set of towels ( as housekeeping kept removing it). The communal areas - the public toilet near reception- was in a bit of a state when we first arrived. So generally avoided it.

Location is super convenient, very close to central train station, tram, bus, central market. Nice size room, friendly staff, free coffee all day, comfortable bar/restaurant area. Overall very convenient! We even exercised in the small, but nicely equipped gym!

There is no closet in the room, the cloth hangers are on a wired fancy mesh on the wall. Unfortunately this can accomodate very few clothes, so I wish this would be more spacious or with a closet. Also there was only one bin in the entire room, within the toilet and without a lid (i.e. open bin). This is not hygienic or nice to see in my opinion.
