Location was the best feature .

The steep winding stairs was hard to move luggage up and down. Lucky there was 4 of us to form a chain. Email instructions were long and complicated. We couldn’t find the PIN and key instructions because there were attached to the end of several attachments. (Which made us all frustrated. There were noisy young people yelling in the street between 1 and 3am.

The place is very well located in the center of Den Haag, and has excellent value for money. It's a short walk to all the tourist draws in the city, and has plenty of restaurants, supermarket, and shopping options nearby. The room, albeit on the small side, had all we needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, and they provided good toiletries, towels, coffee and tea, basic kitchenware, and cleaning implements.

While the toilet and the shower didn't have any doors separating them from the bedroom, they are set apart in the room's entrance area in such a way that it still maintains some privacy.

I was overall satisfyed with the room and the cleaniness of this place. Very central location, I would recommend only for a short stay in Den Haag and for couples. The kitchen has no stove but an oven that also works as a microwave, there is also a big fridge. At your arrival you will find free water and coffee/tee in your room. The bed is very soft and comfortable, the pillows are square and a little weird for me but good overall. Despite being in the centre it's very quiet.

The stairs are very stip and narrow (typical dutch stairs) and it would be hard to carry a big luggage or for people with reduced mobility. We were only travelling with backpacks so it wasn't a problem for us. There is no elevator. The bathroom is very small and there's no door (for me it wasn't a problem since I was travelling with my boyfriend, but if you are travelling with family or friends there's no privacy). The wi-fi kept disconnecting so I wouldn't recommend you to choose this place if you need a strong connection for work or personal use. A/C and heater weren't working. The check-in is done autonomously through some codes sent by the staff and there is no daily cleaning so you will not meet anyone from the staff, there isn't a real service in the building.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all the city centre with frequent trams nearby to further away. Good range of restaurants nearby, from food hall next door with lively vibe to more upmarket restaurants nearby or takeaway if you felt like one. Apartment very clean with everything you would need (except a working table!) Although the building has no staff, checkin and out is very easy.

Like others reviewed, the apartment internally is not very accessible, the stairs are very narrow and steep, which is to be expected in an older refurbished building. So don't bring large heavy cases.

Great location, very comfy bed, straight-forward check-in and check-out. The kitchenette was well equipped with an oven and a fridge. Despite some minor flaws it's a nice apartment in the center of the city worth recommending :)

Bathroom had no door, a simple door would improve privacy, the shower was open so the bathroom got wet very easily. The sink was clogged and the coffee machine was malfunctioning (at least I couldn't make it work).

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Having a coffee machine is a big plus for me, I like to drink coffee right after waking up, but I hate leaving the room right away. But its biggest advantage is the location, it is in the very center of the city. Literally everything is very close, shops, restaurants, public transport stops. Super comfortable. The street on which the hotel is located is a pedestrian zone, but the windows isolate the noise very well and you can't hear anything. I highly recommend this place and if I come back to The Hague I would visit again.

I liked everything

Very modern, clean and well equipped room which was plenty comfortable. It felt more like an Aparthotel in its layout, facilities and security which was nice for the price. Good value for money especially in comparison to the only 1hr train ride away Amsterdam.

We were lucky to be on the first floor, but with no lift and typical Dutch stairs it was very hard to get luggage up and down. The wifi also was very temperamental but the staff were easy to contact and responsive in trying to resolve the issue.

this is a mini studio hotel where u need to do self check inn .the room is typical dutch style with stairs to use.the facility has the all tools to manage yourself.the bed is comfy the tv was installed in the board where automated turns up down as per ur perferance.there is fridge and kitchner coffee machine kettle

Great location. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Just be aware that if you put the address into google maps it will take you to the wrong place. Also if you are staying in apartments beyond the first two there is no elevator and the steps are quite steep.

The location is perfect. The room is well isolated, the amenities are as described and the bed is very comfortable

The TV didn't work, and we couldn't even watch the public TV channels. Although the bathroom didnt have a door and it lacked a bit of privacy, it's aside in the corridor so it's not that bad
