The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was relaly nice too. I really like that we had our own little kitchenette in the room, and the room was very spacious and practical.

The only thing I didn't like was that, as someone who has neck problems the pillows were not comfortable. But the bed in itself was really good. And a little thing is that we had the room with an accessible bathroom, so it was very spacious yes but since there were no doors or steps around the shower, we flooded the bathroom eveytime we showered even though we tried to be super careful. there were plenty of towels so we could try to get rid of some of the water but it's not the best. I advised the staff to add a long squeegee in the bathroom as that would help, don't know if they did though.

Great breakfast - excellent start of the day! Great eating by the window in one of the "sitting rooms" looking out towards the parliament. Very comfortable and elegant room (303), and very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location!

Only complaint: very pleasant and roomy shower stall, but the floor while showering becomes dangerously slippery. Would be good with a small detachable rubber mat that one could hang up to dry after each shower.

Excellent location, very spacious and fully equiped suite, outstanding facilities in general, clenaliness, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, excellent wifi, free coffee for the guests at the lobby area, great value for money. Overall, we had an exceptional stay!!!

This hotel turned out to be a great find. In a fabulous location, right in the centre of The Hague, ten minutes walk from the main station, and opposite the Parliament building. I guess it would be considered an aparthotel, as the rooms come with a kitchenette and dining area etc. but a delicious and varied breakfast was included, as well as a happy hour of free nibbles/snacks a couple of evenings a week. Free coffee/tea and mineral water is also available all day. There are plenty of lovely communal areas to sit after a hard day of exploring (in my case!), and I felt it was the perfect hotel for a solo traveller, whether on business or pleasure. My room was huge, light and airy, and very practical, with a very comfortable bed, and decent bathroom, complete with quality, cruelty-free branded toiletries, which is always good to see!

Lovely, attractive foyer and attractive and comfortable lounge. Excellent breakfasts. Coffee and tea always available. Staff extremely polite and helpful. The only slight negative was the freshening up of the room was not adequate. When I asked for a fresh bath mat and small towel, they were provided but the used wet ones were left on the floor! I arrived into AMS on an early flight and I was able to check in immediately. At the end I had to leave at 3:30 am and breakfasts bags were provided - service above and beyond!

The location is superb. Nice welcome and friendly staff. The hotel is clean, comfy rooms, has cosy corners, free coffee, tea and water, and the view on the Parliament is great. Also the in house parking spots are easy.

The warm dishes during breakfast were quite cold. There was uncertainty on the possibility to charge my electric car in the street behind the hotel, in combination with normal parking fees, but in the end I found out by myself that this was too difficult. As the hotel has no charging possibility, I had to shift to the (more expensive) public underground car parc a little further.

Breakfast was very good. Could have used a little more variety over the nearly rwo weeks I was there, but overall a good spread. Location was great, directly opposite the Parliament, photo attached, five minutes walk to several museums, and there were several outdoor events in the pedestrian parks near by

Mmm, a little more rotation of variety of the hot dishes. Really only two options, bacon one day, sausage the next, repeat. Pancakes or poffergies, scrambled eggs or hard boiled. But salad and vegetables each day were good, and pastries and or cereal also good.

Breakfast was good, although we could have enjoyed more variety, especially some choice of hot dish such as a simple soup would have been nicer, overall it was high quality food. Also the staff was very professional and kind and attending. I could feel that they were actually paying attention and trying to see what they can do to accomodate our request! I I stayed there for 21days and I had no issues at all regarding their service. Definetly will stay with them again!

Quiet area, quiet room, kitchenette has basics to prepare a simple meal, including salt and pepper (no oil or butter for frying, though, but you can get butter at breakfast). Breakfast can be enjoyed in the lounge or you can bring your tray to your room, which is great. Nespresso machine and 3 coffee pads available. Spacious shower, proper lighting by the bed if you want to read before sleeping. I especially appreciated the snacks and drinks between 5 and 6 on one of the days I was there, as well as the cosy/homy sitting areas they've set up on the ground floor.

First I got a room on the ground floor where I couldn't sleep from the noise of rain drops falling on some aluminium surface. Luckily, there was another room available that I could move to. Heating/cooling is a centralised venting system that keeps on producing some draught even when switched off. That's the one unpleasant feature here, as the draught passes over the table as well as the bed, so you feel it while having dinner or sitting up in bed to read and the only way to make it feel less unpleasant is by turning up the temperature to 25 degrees. Of course that doesn't really bother if you're only going there to sleep, up and go.

- kitchenette facilities meant we could save money by cooking our own dinner - clean, contemporary room and bathroom - powerful shower (leaky door though!) - free tea and coffee - parking, although not cheap, was easy to access and secure - loved the location overlooking the river and parliament - tuck shop - breakfast finishes at 11:15 on weekends

- little natural light as our window overlooked a tiny courtyard and was overshadowed by tall buildings - breakfast area cramped when getting food - breakfast was good but could have done with some extra options for the cooked breakfast e.g sausage, mushrooms and tomato/ beans
