The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was relaly nice too. I really like that we had our own little kitchenette in the room, and the room was very spacious and practical.

The only thing I didn't like was that, as someone who has neck problems the pillows were not comfortable. But the bed in itself was really good. And a little thing is that we had the room with an accessible bathroom, so it was very spacious yes but since there were no doors or steps around the shower, we flooded the bathroom eveytime we showered even though we tried to be super careful. there were plenty of towels so we could try to get rid of some of the water but it's not the best. I advised the staff to add a long squeegee in the bathroom as that would help, don't know if they did though.

Great breakfast - excellent start of the day! Great eating by the window in one of the "sitting rooms" looking out towards the parliament. Very comfortable and elegant room (303), and very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location!

Only complaint: very pleasant and roomy shower stall, but the floor while showering becomes dangerously slippery. Would be good with a small detachable rubber mat that one could hang up to dry after each shower.

Excellent location, very spacious and fully equiped suite, outstanding facilities in general, clenaliness, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, excellent wifi, free coffee for the guests at the lobby area, great value for money. Overall, we had an exceptional stay!!!

The hotel was a great choice for our city trip! The location is super central. Our room was really big and more like a flat than a hotel room. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was really nice and professional. We were able to rent some bikes from the hotel and cycled to the modern art museum Voorlinden, which I can also definitely recommend! All in all we had a great time in Den Hague and the hotel definitely added to that.

Nothing really. Mattress could have been a bit softer for my taste, but that is just a personal preference.

Everything. This is absolutely professionally managed excellent property. The morning breakfast is superb. All day tea and coffee availability is ver good. Location is Fantabulous. Beautiful Gardens and the Hague forest is nearby. The Internatiinal court of justice and several famous exhibitions are nearby. Connected well by TRAM, BUS, RAILWAYS and Airway. Luxury at affordable price with excellent hospitality with ever smiling servicing staff is value addition as feather in a cap. KEEP IT UP. !!!

This hotel turned out to be a great find. In a fabulous location, right in the centre of The Hague, ten minutes walk from the main station, and opposite the Parliament building. I guess it would be considered an aparthotel, as the rooms come with a kitchenette and dining area etc. but a delicious and varied breakfast was included, as well as a happy hour of free nibbles/snacks a couple of evenings a week. Free coffee/tea and mineral water is also available all day. There are plenty of lovely communal areas to sit after a hard day of exploring (in my case!), and I felt it was the perfect hotel for a solo traveller, whether on business or pleasure. My room was huge, light and airy, and very practical, with a very comfortable bed, and decent bathroom, complete with quality, cruelty-free branded toiletries, which is always good to see!

The apartment was as described, and very comfortable. Happy hour snacks were delicious. Great, walkable location close to tram; 15 mins walk from main train station. Good quality toiletries. Good, strong hairdryer. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was fine. (Remember to book your breakfast time slot.) Excellent front desk staff - friendly, helpful and great at giving info.

Cleanliness wasn’t 100%. Found crumbs on the chair, a semi-clean plate in the cupboard and one of the chairs in room 404 needs a GOOD scrub.

Lovely, attractive foyer and attractive and comfortable lounge. Excellent breakfasts. Coffee and tea always available. Staff extremely polite and helpful. The only slight negative was the freshening up of the room was not adequate. When I asked for a fresh bath mat and small towel, they were provided but the used wet ones were left on the floor! I arrived into AMS on an early flight and I was able to check in immediately. At the end I had to leave at 3:30 am and breakfasts bags were provided - service above and beyond!

Lovely building in a fantastic location overlooking a lovely waterway and the beautiful Parliament building. Less than 10 minutes walk to everything. Plaats Square is just 1 minute walk with its cafes, restaurants and shops - a lovely place to sit on the square and watch the world go by. Staybridge offer complimentary breakfast, all day tea, coffee and water and provide tea bags and coffee capsules in the kitchen area in your room. They have a social hour 3 times a week with a complimentary drink. Overall a great place to stay

The location is superb. Nice welcome and friendly staff. The hotel is clean, comfy rooms, has cosy corners, free coffee, tea and water, and the view on the Parliament is great. Also the in house parking spots are easy.

The warm dishes during breakfast were quite cold. There was uncertainty on the possibility to charge my electric car in the street behind the hotel, in combination with normal parking fees, but in the end I found out by myself that this was too difficult. As the hotel has no charging possibility, I had to shift to the (more expensive) public underground car parc a little further.
