Great value for money. Room had no windows but in this case it was a bonus as I was still getting used to sundown at 10pm.

Bathroom had no shower gel. Minor, but it was something I've come to expect of most hotels at this price point.

Great place near the hague centre. Easy to get access especially near Chinatown. Also the bathroom was squeaky clean no stains and mould. Coffee and tea was available so that was good. And a little fridge to store food. Staff members were helpful especially David and the other people (can't remember their names however).

Unfortunately there was no window so I couldn't see outside the weather and sky. And no breakfast sadly. Also I had noticed a stain on the bedroom ceiling and a crack on the bedroom wall other than that it was a good 3 night stay at hotel hague.

I booked in a really good price, the hotels was ok and close to the city centre were the market is. There was no window but the bed was comfortable. It was really nice for a single night stay.

There was no brackets. They say you can go to the store across the street and have breakfast from 12 euros, but right across the street there was a Chinese place, which was to be expected since the hotel is in China Town. Not sure what type of breakfast you will find there in a Chinese restaurant.Personally I wasn’t after it so I did not ask further.

This was great value for the money. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. The hotel and room were very clean. The room was nicely decorated, nice flooring, plenty of hot water in the shower/sink. There was a nice terrace where guests could go to smoke, talk, etc. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was an easy walk to the main train stations, the central business district and the museum district. They also rented out bicycles directly from the hotel at a reasonable price and in good working condition.

These things didn't matter much to me, but to others they might: The bathroom sink was mounted on a wooden countertop that looked pretty worn. The location of the room faced the main street that had a lot of pedestrian noise in the evening (I reserved a room with a window), although the noise died down after midnight. The neighborhood seemed safe, but it was far from affluent.

Best value for money for an overnight stay if you need to do so for your work. Check in and out is efficient. No waiting or other annoying fake friendlyness. Just a room. But unlike other budget hotels, with a coffeemaker and a normal wardrobe! Comfortable shower, clean bed, clean towels. Top location! There is even a working fridge - so you can take your own yoghurt for breakfast.

There is no window in the room ( I do not mind - only sleep there ). I do not like the deposit. Last time I missed a chair at the desk in the room. The coversheet of the mattress got quickly loose - woke up a couple of times on the 'naked' mattress, ugh.

The staff was quite nice! The front desk lady was very "netjes" and friendly. To be honest, it's quite like the photos you see. Don't expect anything fancy, it's a 3 star hotel...be happy with your bed and hot water in the shower.

I mean, there ARE stains on the carpet and the walls but meh, I'm not a Karen that will complain about it. Just keep your socks on. Oh! I did have something weird in my room (13) which was that the lights on the headboard didn't work so once you turned off the lights it was complete darkness. But that's all.

Partner and I stayed in a ground floor private double room with en-suite bathroom. Large comfy double bed with bed sheets, pillows and warm duvet provided. Air condition in room. Bath and hand towels provided for free in room. Toilet paper and hand soap in bathroom. Bin bathroom and room. Hotel located in Chinatown, among a varioty of cafes and restaurants to cater for many international cuisines. 10 minute walk to trams/buses to city centre. Hostel very close to many shops and eateries. Quiet, friendly helpful international staff. Hotel small and quiet. Cleaning room service is provided daily. Receptions offers free small mints for its guests, located on the reception counter. Hotel sells bottled water, but no alcohol. Tea/cofee with sugar and milk power, plus small kettle in room. Room has small desk and a wardrobe to hang clothes and store bags.

No breakfast available at hotel. Hotel a little far from centre if walking.

I love that they allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. The receptionist was nice. There was a mini fridge, a safe(not working tho), closet with hangers, towels and free coffees.

Bring your own brush toothpaste as they only have shower gel and hand liquid soap available. Not really sound proof rooms as they say. And you could clearly hear the loud bangs when someone opens the nearby doors.

Friendly and unfussy service at the reception, I was allowed to check in early at no extra fee. Excellent location in the middle of Chinatown. The room is sufficiently spacious and clean and the same goes for the bathroom. Coffee and tea available.

The lighting on one of the beds was not functioning and the mainlight was flickering. Management should regularly inspect and change the bulbs. The remote control of the tv was missing and the reception had no spare available. As this room is windowless (which I was aware of when booking), something by way of a painting, decoration or a framed cityscape on the wall would be nice.
