Easy check in, fantastic view. Internet access from outside the building to ensure smooth check in. Tram/train station close by. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighnourhood. Happy to return in future.

And supermarkets are around - walking distance. √ Warm hearted people √ The room is filled with everything you need. √ Swift responses from the customer service chat. √ Reception lady who welcomed us was real kind. √ I had to extend my stay day and that was done in less than a hour online through Emma/Anna who are really professionals. √ Beautiful view from windows.

• The carpets and furniture (like chairs and sofas) should be changed as some were even torn. • The mattress wasn't comfortable and seems overused.

- the view - access from the Hague HS train station - pretty comfortable - self check-in, self check-out, electronic locks - comfortable bed - quiet room, no external noises heard, policies

- the ventilation fan support was broken and hanging from the ceiling - ventilation fan from bathroom was full of mold and dirt - toilet is not in the same location as the bathroom - light fixture above dining table was hanging from the ceiling

Great location to everything we needed. 3 mins to train and tram. Felt comfortable walking from station to apartment. 2 supermarkets within 2 mins. Reasonably priced. Great communication from staff. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. So much nicer than staying in Amsterdam. Quick trip in on the train and you are there

The actual apartment itself is very spacious. Beautiful views and modern finished. With such a big space the apartment is nicely furnished. Digital check in was easy and efficient and the location of the property is nice. Close enough to enjoy central.

Only thing is the fridge didn’t have a freezer

We arrived a couple of hours earlier and just wanted to leave the luggage with them until the check-in time. But the young lady at the reception said the room was already ready and checked us in right away, which was extremely helpful for us. The access system, with the electronic keys for the entrance, the floor door, and the room door was excellent; I can't think of a more hygienic way of opening doors :). The apartment is really well connected to public transportation, and the HS train station, and not that long of a walk to the city center.

Loved this appartments was spacious and clean and exceeded our expectations. Good value for money and an amazing view of the city. Also enjoyed the contactless check in and property access process. Seamless, we will be back again

Nothing to mention, only that we couldn’t stay longer

We were on the 30th floor and had an amazing view of the city and sunset. Kitchen had everything required. Apartment had a washing machine and dryer. We were allowed in an hour early. Staff were friendly. Close to town and trams and shops. Bed was comfortable.

Using a phone as the key didn't feel right, I prefer a card or keys but that's just my preference, didn't have a problem with the technology.

The views from level 39 were spectacular (we stayed in room 773). Extremely spacious and comfy bed

Just a few minor maintenance issues that we didn't expect given what we paid for the apartment. The oven kept setting off the fuse box and shutting off all our power. A part came loose on the bath and I couldn't get it back on One of the bathroom lights didn't work

Great view, comfortable bed, spacious airy apartment I quite like the app that opens the doors but keep your phone charged! Reception was responsive on email and helpful

Shower was stylish but a bit weak
