Great location, spotless rooms. We booked 3 rooms. Rooms were well equipped. Bathrooms in some were compact but very good shower etc Personally we found the check in worked fine and had clear instructions. Keys were in a key safe. Reception is provided by Hotel Rebrandt, around the corner. At check out you pay & drop keys there- the receptionist on duty was very friendly and helpful at our check out If you want breakfast when staying at Lot you have to pre book via Rembrandt - we did not us this as there were plenty of places around. Some reviews mention the steep stairs - pretty typical for Dutch older buildings. They had handrails and non slip treads and were not a problem for us - if you have mobility issues (or possibily young kids not uded to stairs and lots of luggage?) this may not be for your. I think the booking makes clear there is not a lift etc. Overall we had a quiet ( Sunday - Tuesday), relaxing , reasonably priced stay for 5 of us.

The location is awesome, close to the train station and the city center. Even though there was a huge festival going on outside it was still pretty quiet in the room. The staff were the best, so friendly and so very helpful. That made it all the better stay.

The rooms are small and the beds are kind of firm, but not the worst I've experienced. The stairs are narrow and steep so be prepared. We had trouble finding the light switch for the bathroom at first, hidden behind the TV. And the louvered, shutter type doors on the bathroom took a bit of getting used to.

Beautiful accommodation close to train station and main shopping and attractions. Host allowed us to keep baggage while we visited Keukenhof Gardens and use toilet facilities, recharge phones. So helpful. Only downside was noisy pub music across the road but it was Saturday night.

Room was clean and well laid out. Check in and check out very straightforward, with little interaction with staff.

Central location very convenient but, as you'd expect, sometimes a little noisy. Wasn't a big deal though. Just like any city centre.

Great location, lovely freshly renovated room with all the comfort. Staff was super helpful and fast in responding when we had issue in checking in. Highly reccomended!

Bathroom door is a bith light in case somebody needs to take a number two ; )

The hotel gave you an experience of staying in an original Dutch building in the town centre. Very quick access to the station and places to eat. Nice view from the windows.

Saturday night was a little noisy outside, which is the case with many town centres. My husband found the bathroom a bit small to use.

Good location. Quick walk to the station and the windmill. Useful for staying with other family members in a group. We liked the Dutch building as it was more of an authentic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My son found the head height in the shower too low as he is over 6 foot.

The bathroom was tiny to a degree making it barely usable. A bigger table and two full-size chairs would increase the comfort. Steep and narrow staircase.

perfect location, beautiful sight from the window, calm even though is a busy surrounding. Lovely break fast, friendly staff. My key was waiting for me in a safety box because I arrived late. No problem at all!

toilet and shower are a little small. Ok if you're one person at the room.
