Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, lovely buffet breakfast, had dinner one evening which was very nice. Parking was free and spacious with ev charging. Bicycle shed available. Good location, just outside city ringand beside fields for great cycling.

Improve defect detection and repair. Tv didnt work in my room and following some discussion, i was relocated. In 2nd room Bathroom door handle comes off in your hand, risking being locked inside. Perfectly obvious to daily cleaning staff, but apparently unknown till i reported it. No particular issue with these defects, but opportunity to improve to complete the guest experience.

This was my second visit, last time the lady at the front desk, gave me a room with very low and parking lot, so I could not see any Delft views. This visit, they checked my reservation carefully and gave me a better room fit to my reservation. It was very good view of nature and I used the gym to get free training. It was really fun. And the breakfast was alway good!

No free water. Hope to have it in the room even the tap water is OK. Foreigners are not used to drink tap water as soon as they arrived in Holland.

Really nice hotel. We stayed in a family room which had cooking facilities, which was awesome. It's a good 20 minute walk to the centre of Delft but there is loads of parking and very quiet overnight. Right next door to IKEA! The meal we had there was lovely and the staff were so kind and helpful. There was also lots of safe bike storage, which was fab. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel with the proviso that there aren't any places to eat within quick walking distance (other than IKEA!!).

Very friendly staff and good value for money, located in a quiet area of Delft. The lounge/bar is spacious and offers a wide selection of drinks and snacks. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and sauna!

The only thing that bothered me was that when I arrived quite late at night, I wanted to shower. However, the body wash in the shower was totally empty. I had to step out of the shower to bring a similar bottle, which was also empty! I tried the handwash by the sink, but this bottle was also empty! I had to shower with some conditioner. But if you ask the reception for a refill, they'll give you one in no time. Perhaps the housekeeping staff could be more careful especially for guests who have just checked in :)

The room with bubble bath was modern and practical, which made my long stay very comfortable. The lobby and collonade area on the 1st floor were also comfortable and refined. Quick access to a motor way and sufficient parking space.

The restaurant serves way too slow (the slowest service ever in the past decades of my life in this country!). The 1st time around 21:30 and the 2nd time was during regular dinner hours. Service staff also seemed care less how long their guests were kept waiting until an actual complaint came in. As the hotal is located remote from the city center with no other restaurants around within walking distance, it is a big minus point that the service speed is far below the average.

Booked because of free parking which is a bonus in Delft. Staff was wonderful, food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

We did not know what the cleaning policy was, our bed was not always made properly, but when we made it ourselves they corrected it and made it properly. Equally, our cups were not cleaned and then on the last day clean cups appeared. but these were minor points.

The room was lovely and the shower was fabulous! Breakfast was great, athough Vegan options were a little limited, what I did have though was wondaful! The fresh fruit and fruit juices were great! The man who made my coffee every morning was also really lovely! <3 Thank you!!

I requested a foam pillow when I booked but there were feather pillows in the room when I arrived. I called down to reception and asked for a foam pillow, and was told that you didn't have any so I nipped to Ikea and bought one - a slight inconvenience but not a big deal.

Great hotel with a great fitness facility. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel restaurant was good. There really didn't seem to be that many other restaurant options around, but the hotel restaurant was good and had daily specials.

Somewhat isolated - but conveniently located just off the highway.

Mattress and pillows I wish I could but them. Clean, great bathroom, mini fridge in room is great if you want to keep juices etc.

The breakfast was better at west cord arts hotel in terms of variety - real eggs, and smoked mackerel etc. Wi-Fi terrible get disconnecting Time to update the interiors, would prefer hotel style curtains as the blinds and sliding panel were cozy feeling / blocked out all the light.

Bike rental was a convenient way to travel into and around Delft. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The shower was huge, easy to work with good water flow.

As the hotel was on the outskirts of Delft, it would have been useful to have the option for free bike hire for up to an hour for short trips to the shops. Or a discounted whole of weekend rate. We stayed for 3 days and rented bikes every day.
