This place is unusual. The first floor of a typical townhouse in Delft has been converted into a mini-apartment with a room directly off the road and a double bed in what looks like a large cupboard behind. A roomy bathroom contains a shower. The decor is 'retro' with portions of the wall showing the tiles that presumably used to cover the wall. The main room is equipped with a comfortable couch under the main window and a small wooden table with two plain chairs in the middle of the room that doubled up for breakfast use. The hosts bring breakfast in the morning and are extremely friendly. The place was particularly well positioned for me on the route from the heart of Delft to TU Delft (University). Various old artifacts (like a childrens bike) docorate the walls. I liked the place.

Nothing in particular. I initially found the kettle hard to work until shown the secret. One lamp looks a bit fragile. Getting in an out of the bed could be tricky for a couple as the space is very confined with shelves practically over the bed and very little space to move, however this wasn't an issue for me. This place won't appeal to everyone although I was very happy with it.

We stayed with Katerina & Stef for four nights after completing a transatlantic cruise. This was the ideal spot for us to regain our “land-legs.” The B&B was just perfect for the two of us. The location is on a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful canal but also close to everything. The area is very walkable and close to the train station. Breakfast was brought to us each morning by Stef at an agreed upon time. The homemade bread and jams were so delicious! We were also served eggs, cheese, fresh fruit salad, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee. It was a hearty breakfast and most days we got by with a light lunch. The apartment is on the ground floor, it was very clean, and well appointed. The bathroom was large by European standards and having a washing machine and drying rack was a bonus. The Wi-Fi was strong enough for us to stream and video chat. We really enjoyed having the privacy of a door going directly out to the street. Katerina and Stef were both helpful, delightful, and always pleasant. Should we return to Delft, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

The hosts (Stef & Katerina) were fantastic. They were most friendly, hospitable & helpful with everything. They prepared a delicious breakfast every morning - homemade bread (served warm), fresh orange juice, fruit salad, farm eggs, and great coffee. This was a great start to the day. The B&B is well situated - within very close range of the station and town centre & attractions.

Katerina and Stephan are the perfect hosts, we felt soo welcomed at their B&B! They allowed us an early check-in and a late check out and gave their best to made our weekend in Delft a memorable one. The room is spotlessly clean, near the city center, with a view at the canal, has a large bathroom with all ameneties, a comfortable bed and is lovely decorated. The breakfast is very tasty and abondant (eggs, cheese, jam, butter, coffee, milk and home made bread). We cannot recommend enough this B&B, it is a gem!

Steph and Katerina’s warmth and kindness made me feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely sumptuous, and each morning was a delightful start to my day. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly sets their B&B apart. I will cherish the memories made here and hope to return in the future.

There is absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about the property

Katerina and Stef are excellent hosts, providing a warm welcome and really good and healthy breakfasts. The space is small but clean and cozy. Location is quiet but very close to the historic town centre. We really enjoyed our visit to Delft and would recommend.

Bedroom is small but bed comfortable.

If you are visiting Delft, Rotterdam or The Hague and looking for a B&B for 2 people this the perfect place to stay, both the bed and breakfast are excellent. Your host who live upstairs are friendly and welcoming and offer recommendations for places to eat and drink. Having your own front door is a bonus.

Nothing not to like.

We loved the host, the apartment and breakfast. Room typical Dutch, nice and cosy, Bathroom big clean shower, Breakfast was delivered into our room, fresh bread, fresh fruit juice and salad, homemade jam, cheese, eggs, whatever we fancied. Because we had to leave early Stefan made us packed lunch. He and his wife where super friendly and helpful

A bit odd was the bedroom, perfect for one person or if both people sleep deep. Because if the one at the wall has to get up in the night, he has to climb over the other person since there is only one way in and out of bed. It didn't bother us

Katerina and Stef are wonderful hosts. So gracious and helpful. The room is cozy and comfortable and breakfast with fresh baked bread and fresh squeezed orange juice was a real treat. Will would totally stay with them again.

The room was really cute and lovely decorated. Also the bathroom had really much space. The bedroom was small but that made it cozier. The bed was very comfortable. Moreover the hosts were really nice and we felt really welcomed - we also got some tips which places and restaurants are good to visit. The breakfast was delicious and the B&B has a very good location. We liked it very much:)
