The room was small but very comfortable for 1 person, it has a Electric kettle and hairdryer. The towels were very clean, also the bathroom. The place has that familiar warm feeling. The host prepared breakfast and it is easy going, great guy. I recommend this place if you have to spend a few nights in Rotterdam.

When I came to the hotel I was greeted by the sign "we are closed, please come tomorrow" at the door. Suspecting a fraud I began calling booking dot com, when the manager or receptionist appeared. Thats not acceptable, guests should feel secure about their bookings

Comfortable hotel, not close to the center. But two metro stations nearby. Self check in and check out.

No staff at any time. I checked in and checkout and never met the staff. They asked for 50 euros deposit but no one ever came to collect, even when they said it was mandatory. WiFi not the best.

I like the overall atmosphere of this hotel, the host was very friendly and welcoming. Cleaning service is lovely, and I can also have quick breakfast in the dining room. Lovely view outside the window as well.

The hotel was clean and nicely presented and is located along a lovely canal to walk along. The staff were very friendly and it was an easy check in process. The property has bikes to hire for a cheap price as well as tea/coffee facilities for free in the lobby. I would recommend this place to a friend.

The bathroom/shower was slightly run down however for the price and location it was just what we required. The hotel had no elevator, the staff are happy to help with your bags however if you are an elderly guest, I would request a lower floor due to the stairs.

Although very modest, the rooms are incredibly cozy and functional. You have a private toilet and bathroom with the hairdryer inside, clean towels, coffee and tea for breakfast and cold drinks in the hall. The huge window in our room with the view on the canal was the feature I loved the most.

Nothing :) except maybe the fact that the stairs are many and very narrow but that’s the same in every other hotel in the Netherlands .

There was some breakfast, coffee and tea while it was not included, so that was nice. The location was very quiet and easy to reach by metro. The owners were super friendly.

The beds could be better but we sleept very well anyway. Not the latest luxury but very charming.

Location is great, metro station, supermarkets, cafes are all in walkable distance The room is clean, spacious, and bright View is fantastic The temperature and pressure of the shower are nice

It is a kind of old-fashioned house, so everything is not in brand-new condition The stairs are steep and narrow (there is no lift), so it might cause some problems if you bring large luggage with you
