This property is perfectly centred in Rotterdam. Nothing is far away from this location. The rooms are very big with amazing views of Rotterdam. The shower was great and big which was useful. The bed was super comfortable.

All I didn't like was I noticed a bit of chipping paint but it happens. Also the deposit they've taken from me still hasn't been refunded.

Perfect location, awesome view. Everything that you need to stay for a few days in the middle of Rotterdam!

It looks that under the bed it hadn't been clean for years. Pack of sigarettes,woman fingernail,tonnes of dust. Couple of alive roaches were found as well.

Excellent location! We arrived by taxi, which was very convenient, and collected the keys easily from reception. The property is centrally located, allowing us to walk to most major attractions. Market Hall was just around the corner, which was perfect for grabbing a variety of food without needing to dine out every time. There were also plenty of shopping options nearby. We stayed on the 18th floor—initially, the height felt dizzying, but we quickly got used to it. The view, especially at night and early morning, was absolutely breathtaking. We had the whole apartment to ourselves, which included a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen with all the necessary amenities, two double bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. There was lots of cupboard space and room for our luggage. It was perfect for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying our time.

Sadly, the property wasn’t in the best condition. The paint in the bathroom was peeling, there were signs of dampness, and the taps looked like they needed replacing. The toilet roll holder was loose and nearly falling off, and there was an odd smell in the shower area. The place could really benefit from some maintenance and minor renovations. It’s unfortunate because the apartment itself has great potential, and it’s a shame to see it not being properly cared for.

The location was incredible. We went to Rotterdam for the North Sea Jazz festival and we could get there on public transport in 15 mins off-peak. We loved the glazed walls and the balcony. The room has been originally designed and decorated to a modern and high specification but needs a little bit of attention to get it back to that standard.

There were stains on the footstool/table in living room. The plugs in sinks were dirty and one of the sinks was not draining till we asked for it to be fixed. The TV mount was broken and the TV was sitting at an angle.

This was our second time stay in this apartment. We were still really impressed. The room's design is modern, It's very large and clean. The bed is very comfort. There are plenty of kitchenware, oven and microwave. Enough to cook many kind of food. The bathroom is very large and also has huge bathtub. The room is at high floor so you can get the beautiful panoramic city view from above. The location is also very good. It's at center of shopping area and close to many tourist attractions such as markthal, cubes house.

The location is great. Supermarkets are around. The apartment has all the facilities- I was cooking for my family- the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The view from the 17 floor was stunning. We felt very comfortable, a home feeling and it made our stay in Rotterdam remarkable. The conference I attended was just in front.

The apartment needs some renovation. The floor was damaged in several places, some other issues, but it was not something that impact your comfort

Location was the BEST! It is situated in the heart of everything. Pretty much a 10 to 20 minute walk got us everywhere we needed to go. When we needed a train, it was about a 2 minute walk to the local station which took us to the main train station within 5 minutes or so. The amenities in the apartment were great. The only negative was that the laundry was downstairs, I was under the impression that it was in the apartment. This should be clarified on the site. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and very helpful. I would return to Urban Residences should my travels take me to Rotterdam in the future.

We really liked our stay. The only negative was that the laundry facilities were in the basement, a minor inconvenience. The only other missing item was that there was no furniture on the balcony to be able to sit our and enjoy the evenings.

A large, light, modern hotel room.

The view wasn’t particularly impressive - most of what we saw was the roof of a neighbouring building (we were on the 8th floor, and the other building was around 6 or 7 storeys tall). Washing machines and dryers are only available for larger units, even though this one was over 80 square meters and would easily have space for one. For some reason, the sofabed was already made up as a bed, which made the room feel like it was set up for four people.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great and the room and view were both stellar. Close to everything and I had a good time and more importantly a good sleep. Kitchenette had what I needed to make some basic quick meals. There is lots to do nearby, and plenty of places to eat and have a coffee. I would stay here again next time I visit Rotterdam.

The noise was a bit more than I was expecting where you can hear everything that happens in the hallway by the elevator. The shower area also had paint peeling from the walls, and the shower itself was a really cheap one. Coffee machine was also pretty basic and did not work well. Nothing major though. I think if someone were to spend another 50 euros a night you might be able to find something slightly nicer, but everything considered this was a nearly perfect stay. I would rather put that 50 euros extra per night into having more fun outside my room.

The penthouse was a beautiful place for our family to stay while visiting Rotterdam. It was close to (within walking/biking) distance to the train station and other attractions. A decent grocery store was a couple minutes walk away made making meals at home easy. The kitchen had all that you needed to make a meal in, minus any spices or the like. The front desk was helpful in renting bicycles for us to use and had bike storage on site. The views from the apartment were epic and delightful to look upon. The beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very helpful.

While the cleaning crew does a nice job with the cleaning, the detergent used does leave an odd smell upon arrival. (Think of Ajax or Barkeep's Friend). It goes away after airing out the space for a bit. The placement of the water faucet in the bathtub made enjoying the view a bit tricky, and a bit of TCL could be put into maintaining the apartment, mostly in the bathrooms. Overall, these were minor things for us.
