From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable — clearly designed with both aesthetics and relaxation in mind. What really impressed me was the attention to detail in housekeeping. The room was thoroughly cleaned every single day, and even the sheets were replaced, which is not something you see often anymore. It truly felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've lived in the Netherlands for 6 years before and stayed at various hotels. This is so far the best and represents a top Dutch experience in a modern sense (and affordable). It is a mini-hotel (with a tiny elevator, which is very European and convenient) with a great style located in central Rotterdam. It is close to all restaurants, museums, and transportations. The vibe and the breakfast are amazing. I particularly like the green shades outside the huge, beautifully designed windows. The beddings are comfy and the restroom is relatively spacious (two sinks) and clean. The curtains can block all the light so I quickly adapt to the time difference. Overall, if you do not have to stick to Amsterdam, this is much better value for travelers in the Netherlands.

It’s tucked away in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of all the major attractions, trendy neighborhoods, and public transport. I would absolutely recommend Morgen & Mees to anyone visiting Rotterdam, whether for business or leisure. It’s a hidden gem that perfectly balances style, comfort, and excellent service. I can’t wait to return!

Very comfortable bed, never slept in such a good bed in a hotel. Location is great; walking distance from the museum area (Depot, Kunsthal), a splendid bar/café next to it (Westerpaviljoen). Bike rental for a reasonable price, good bikes. Perfect way to discover the city of Rotterdam. Friendly personnel, rooms were very well cleaned and organized every day. Large windows making for a bright room. Pleasant design.

A minor point: not too many options on the breakfast menu.

I loved the warm, inviting and cosy atmosphere. The interiors are sleek and contemporary, the bed was perfection (4 firm pillows) and the shower was divine. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and accommodating.

My only gripe is that my door was a bit difficult to open because the key card was broken so I had to use a standard key. Had to get the staff to open it for me a few times, but that’s really the only thing that I didn’t like.

Staff were very friendly and efficient and the room was very big and spacious. It was about 20 minutes walk to the central station. The food was delicious both dinner and breakfast. There wasn't any disturbances in the night and the bed was large and comfortable. All facilities were very clean.

The wasn't a door separating the shower and sink from the rest of the room which was slightly iratating as I was travelling with my daughter, but this would not be a problem for a solo traveller or a couple.

Totally renovated building with great beds and good showers. We stayed in a room outside the main structure and with a lovely terrace. Location is just perfect in a charming neighbourhood. There’s no parking onsite but you can park 10 minutes away in a parking- otherwise on the road it didn’t look too busy. We didn’t have breakfast but the restaurant looks really nice.

It’s clean but not spotless. We saw that the top of the wardrobe was full of dust- probably cleaning staff did not go so high. But management should check. The bathroom which includes the toilet has a transparent glass to the room. That’s unpleasant even for a couple. They could at least put curtains or roll ups.

The staff were very helpful very understanding and they allow me for early check in. It was my birthday trip so I found a beautiful birthday note on my bed. I could also get as filtered water as I wished and I loved the room and the view. Would definitely come again.

Some hair was on coffee machine & bed but that was changed the minute I complained. It would be wonderful if they repaint the walls as they look dirty now. This doesn’t interfere with how relaxing the stay was but it will make the room look wonderful

Truly amazing hotel with amazing staff. Loved everything . The facilities and rooms were top notch. Breakfast freshly done every morning and with a smile always . Loved the extra attention to detail of snacks and fruit in the room. Water daily . I would 100 % stay here over and over. Central to places , museums and key land marks .
