Breakfast was outstanding catering for everyone, from full English breakfast to a variety of vegan/vegetarian options. The sandwich options for lunch/dinner are refreshing and baie lekker. The hotel offers free Dutch lessons on a Monday morning.

The housekeeping is a bit disappointing. Water not always replenished, and dirty coffee cups remain dirty coffee cups. If the guest is expected to clean that him/herself, then make sure dishwash liquid is available in the room. Certain benches in the breakfast area have had their best time. Some have big holes in and so not very inviting to sit on. This should be fixed as a matter of urgency.

The Social Hub has a Work Cafe, is a Co-Working Space, has ping pong, pool, and a mini football, bikes to rent, many spaces to meet and chat. The rooms and hallways in the sleeping areas have a notion of a student dorm, functional, basic, a little worn down. The common spaces are creative, beautifully decorated, for a younger audience. The rooms have a kitchenette but you will have to ask for all cooking equipment. There a stroopwaffels and condoms in the room. A lot of nice touches. It feels safe, modern, and the location is amazing. Shower is spacey and the shampoo and shower gel are in refillable containers. Personell was friendly, helpful, fast.

The rooms itself were dark, looked out on a really ugly other high apartment building. There were noisy works that woke us early morning. The hallways for the rooms are equally dark and functional. Not romantic or welcoming in anyway.

There is a tram stop within yards of the hotel - direct to Rotterdam Central Train Station. A restaurant/bar is downstairs as part of the same building and supplies a fair menu and drinks. I didn't have the breakfast, but it sounded plentiful and fair value when I enquired of the details. You can leave luggage if you arrive before check in. When I couldn't work out how to use the air conditioning the staff came to my rescue in a quick and friendly way.

It's not the absolute cheapest hotel in Rotterdam, but in a good location and on a tram line into the city. The workings for the air conditioning were a little less than intuitive, a small card with instructions could reduce the number of guests commenting and asking about how it works!

Best breakfast ever! The best and creamiest scrambled eggs I ever tried and the softest and fluffiest small pancakes ever! The food was tasty and healthy, there were even fresh smoothies every morning. There were vegetarian and vegan options. Also, breakfast lasts for 3-4 hours so you have time wether you want to eat early or sleep in. The staff was really friendly. They were available 24/7 and really helpful. There is also a laundry room with laundry machine and dryer and gym. You can use it via app and it is really useful for longer stays. Also, there is a lot of shared spaces with games like pool or darts where you can hang out and meet other guests. The room was clean and spacious with big bathroom.

The electricity in the room is controled with the room key (card). We visited Rotterdam in December/January so the room would be really cold when we would come back at the end of the day. It would take some time to warm it up. The room is really spacious but there was no closet and not enough space for clothes. Also, there is no fridge. On the first day, out room was tidied up, and coffee pods refilled but for the rest of our stay, it was not. But we got new towels and sheets regurlarly.

Good atmosphere, lots of additional facilities, nice staff, very clean. It's also a student residence but still not noisy.

The kitchenette did not come with a lot of the basics. We had to pick up any dishes etc from the reception ourselves, and that only included the absolute minimum. Bring your own bowls, and cups if you want any that are not tidy, and definitely bring anything you need for cooking, including spices and oil, and a pan. There also was no closet or dresser in our room, and only very minimal shelves, so we had no good way to store anything. Also the bathroom did not have a lock.

Great location near tram station. Metro in walking distance. The hotel was amazing, had a bar at the entrance where one could get something to eat or drink. It has a library, playroom area with pool, table football and other. The room itself was fairly large and spacious with a large comfortable bed and a great view. The bathroom was fine as well. We even had a chair and full size table where one could work. The staff was very friendly. There is also a supermarket nearby

The parking situation was not ideal, there is no parking at the hotel. First option is to stay on the road near the hotel - very very expensive. But the staff helped us out and told us about an underground garage about 10 minutes walking, which was way cheaper. There was no fridge in the room, which was inconvenient

- Nice facilities - Delicious breakfast - Hotel is not close to the central station but a tram stop is just outside so minimal walk required - There was a mix up with our rooms and they fixed it really fast meanwhile we enjoyed a complementary beverage because of the inconvenience - Room includes a mini fridge - Free laundry machines for you to wash your clothes

- The room has a kitchenette but it’s not equipped in any way (there are no glasses, cutlery, pans) so it’s basically unusable - Bed is somewhat uncomfortable (mattress is very sturdy and hard) - The elevator was not working and we were not informed of this. No guest was being informed, and some of them were not able to go up and down the stairs - Getting to the room was like going through a maze. It required going through all the amenity rooms and it was quite complicated - On Saturdays the breakfast starts 30 min later (8:00 am) which can be an inconvenience for some people who are looking to sightseeing earlier

The room was very comfortable, the kitchenette was great! Nice size bathroom with tub! Location was convenient with grocery store near by. Appreciated the bar downstairs and amenities

Walking to the room was a maze and one could get easily lost of they are not paying attention 😂 that is the only drawback and why I wouldn't stay again but it is a student hotel so I understand

The complimentary breakfast was really good. Well done guys and thanks! So the place is close to the tram station not far from the centre so its easy to reach. The room is big, spacious and clean.

We did not use the "kitchen" but there is possibility to do so. One thing was a bit annyoing that in the bathroom there is no way to switch off the air ventilation so it goes contantly. It is a big facility with students but there was no noise or anything like that...But generally no complaint apart from the bathroom ventilation which was luckly not so loud due to the thicker door.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel; it was conveniently situated and made it easy to explore the area. The room was small but cozy, perfect for a solo traveler. However, it might feel a bit tight for two people. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance and a welcoming vibe that made it an attractive spot for a morning meal.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The lighting in the room was quite dim, which made it difficult to feel fully comfortable. The price of the breakfast seemed a bit high for what was offered. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a handwash, which was an inconvenience.
