The room was just perfect. Very spacious and was just laid out really well, we felt at home. Bath and bathroom facilities were great. European hotels can be really poor on the bed front. At fletcher our bed was so comfortable, pillows were a delight to lie on. Missing this bed now we’re back in Spain. Photos of the room are exactly how it looks it’s modern, not run down. What you see is what you get! Location was perfect, right next to the station and not a far walk to the centre which we did most days. Sadly didn’t get to experience the breakfast or dinner as we had other plans but heard it was excellent. Every time we walked through the main lobby bar area, it was a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were helpful in every way. Value for money was just perfect. We actually planned to stay in Amsterdam but we couldn’t get a nice enough hotel in our budget range and due to me working in Rotterdam it made sense for us. And so glad we did as it was far better than anything we found in Amsterdam. Overall it was one of our most pleasant hotel stays to date. Thanks Fletcher

The tree view from our large windows was remarkable. The location of the hotel was right where we needed to be for this trip. The room was nicely decorated and though much smaller than our daughters, it was okay for us.

We did not know that the hotel was undergoing some construction. The lobby and surrounding area was sometimes noisy and a little dusty. We would have liked to see it when it was finished and to feel the calmness of that whole area. The staff was helpful, friendly, and always professional. We did have a few things that we needed help with: light bulb out over the desk area, missing television control, tissues not replaced (even when the empty box was beside the garbage can). We also had a miscommunication about some coffee for the coffee machine late one night. The staff was prompt.

From reception to room the hotel had an aura of class, yet never felt out of place. The team here are incredibly helpful and friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade on our room which I have to say I'm really happy with. The room itself was very spacious and the bed was heavenly especially after each long day of walking around, also the deep bath was a treat! I truly believe in awarding full marks all round especially as I'm not fond of pretentious behavior. All marks are well deserved and I would re-book in the future if I find myself in Rotterdam again!

The hotel is quite big and located in a quiet neighborhood and has a large separate bar-sitting area and a restaurant with an open kitchen. Nikki at the reception desk was very welcoming and smiling and made sure the room was ready and had everything. We were given vouchers for dinner at the restaurant in the evening and the Chef cooked a fantastic four-course meal. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable with fridge and kettle. The large screen TV was also nice.

The air-conditioning had to be put on and we needed to call the reception desk in order for them to turn it on and off as some of the rooms are going through a refurbishment.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They also gave us a better room for our kid's 🙂. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. A fitness studio and a wonderful restaurant make's it even better. The location was also perfect, you can reach the city center in a couple of minutes on foot. The metro is also nearby approximately 50 m.

The only thing we did not like was the toilet 😄 . It was small, so I had to go backward 😂. Bytw. Toilet and shower are separated.

Nicely done, very functional light fixtures and switches (eg locations on bedframe and power points), the split of bathroom from shower room was also great. Location also great for tram access and grocery store. Worked well for family with kids!

Windows could not open so room relied on airco/fan system, which failed during a major city power outage. Guests needed to retreat to lobby for cool but were supported by staff with candles, battery powered lights and some refreshments. Thank you!

It looks very promising when you arrive / super friendly staff at the reception but the restaurant is disappointing overall - staff is chatting a lot and has no eye for the few guests. The culinary adventure is a one without love and passion cooking, just not tasty enough and standard food of the fridge . The place has potential but as it functions now it is just an hotel outlet - we can not recommend it

Nice, interesting room styling, warm and friendly staff, decent variety of food for breakfast (may be not lavish, but certainly good), great with tidying up the room no matter when we leave "please make the room" outside the door.

For travellers, do remember it is a bit off the central station. Walking in the Netherlands is fine since its quite flat terrain, but it can get windy and drizzly every few minutes. The restaurant and bar are open only for limited hours, and that too not on all days. However, the staff are helpful and inform you of ways to order your food and are kind enough to deliver it to the door. Oh and we stayed for 4 nights, we'd have been happier if they were to change the bedsheets at least once. We can't complain on this because we did not ask for it... would have been a nice gesture though :) .

I have stayed here multiple times and I love the hotel. The rooms are fun; nice decoration and furniture, always with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The hotel is not to far from the center in a quite neighborhood, with some good restaurants and bars nearby (but no noise). The streetcar (tram) and subway are also nearby. For our last stay we got an upgrade and glass of champagne at check-in. What's not to like?

Clean hotel, nice decoration , good staff, very good restaurant with fresh product, nice bathroom, small fridge, it was our wedding anniversary and the staff offered us a glass of champagn and that was kind.

The bed was not confortable, i felt like i slept in a hole in a middle of it, it was not a smart TV so not possible to chill in front of a moovie, otherwise nothing to say, we spent a good moment.
