Very good location close to train station Blaak, the old harbor, food (including the Markthal) etc. Nicely furnished and quite spacious room with a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a wardrobe and hooks for hanging jackets, and a big bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We also appreciated the hotel's focus on sustainability. If we come to Rotterdam in the future, we would be happy to stay here again.

We had some problems with the temperature of the room, but this was solved with the help of the staff. We stayed for three nights and would have liked to get some more coffee pods, but the cleaning staff probably chose not to enter our room because we had the 'do not disturb'-sign on our door quite a lot. Overall, no major problems or complains.

In general I enjoyed my stay, the location of the hotel is quite central and near the train station. The room were rather clean and comfortable. It is in a calm street so you can have some proper rest there.

I feel that the breakfast could have been a bit better. It wasn't a big variety of food, and while it was rather tasty, it could have been better. The coffee machine was a bit disappointing, it did not taste great and offered no milk alternatives.

Absolutely fantastic staff, catering for special diets: we have had gluten free and vegan people in our party. The staff at breakfast made sure we have had good fresh bread and buns (all straight from the oven) but also made us coffees with plant milks which is not that common at the hotels. We've really felt looked after there. Location is fantastic as it's just stone's throw from Markthal and Rotterdam Blaak station, which makes travelling in Rotterdam very easy. There are numerou cafes and places to eat around so you're free to roam the city. I can wholewheartedly recommend that place!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was quite spaceous and just like the rest of the hotel had some nice touches to the decoration, which referred to the 50's and 60's. Having a small fridge in the room was also very nice. Every morning, there was an excellent breakfast (although not cheap). The staff regularly filled everything and the coffee was very good. Although the hotel is situated in a less busy part of the city, it was just a 5 minute walk to the market hall or the metro line, and there were plenty of nice bars and food places in the vicinity.

At night, there was some noise from the bar terras next doors, but that's nothing the hotel can do anything about.

The hotel was clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was varied, sufficient selection. Very good train connection directly from the airport in Amsterdam (train stop approx. 7 minutes by walk to the hotel). In case of our return trip to Rotterdam, it is the first choice.

It was interesting to open the elevator, the door and the room only through a mobile phone application. It was sometimes hard if you have your hands full. The pillows were unnecessarily high and uncomfortable.

We loved how modern and beautifully designed the hotel is. The staff were nice and we liked having the option to store our luggage for a few hours on our last day. The location is amazing, probably the best you can get in Rotterdam with easy access to Markthal and Rotterdam Blaak station

Breakfast was not included and it was a little bit pricey at €17 per person. It was clean, but not 100% perfect. We loved having the vinyl player in the room, although it was a little dusty and the sound was not very good

The cardless check in and check out is great and saves time. The rooms seem sound isolated, because I never heard any sound. Not from the street and not from other guests. There was a delicious vegan chocolate brownie in the room when I arrived.

Breakfast could have some more options for people allergic to lactose. They used to have salad and smoked fish, but not anymore. There is plenty of breadtypes but no one knows if they have lactose. I also saw soymilk, but most people who know something about soy actually prefer oatmilk or almondmilk.

Friendly staff, very helpful. We had to come a day early before our original reservation because we had to leave Florida due to Hurricane Helene. The airports were shutting down and we had to get out so we could make the departure of the Rotterdam leaving port on Sept 28. They were able to get us in a room and about noon. Since we were jet lagged that was very appreciated. We had a lovely stay at the Savoy meeting several of our shipmates in the lobby.

Very nice modern hotel in a fantastic location. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great, with double aspect windows as it was the end room. A coffee machine with pods, a kettle with tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Good bathroom with walk in shower.

Not so much a dislike, more a bit odd, the TV included BBC but the region was BBC Wales.

Traveled with 4 friends and we had 3 double rooms. We were all happy with the rooms themselves. The location was so close to a lot of the sights we wanted to see and between 2 metro stops. Loads of coffee shops in the immediate location of the hotel.

We were a group of 5 and it was a shame i had to pay for 2 people even though i was on my own. My room was lovely but the water from the shower did not drain away very well which caused a flood in the bathroom. My friends used the bottled water in their rooms but it was not replaced neither were t-bags. But the coffee pods were. Not a major issue but they mentioned it so I am putting it down.
