Nice room, comfortable bed and sofa bed. Helpful and friendly staff.

Heavily overpriced breakfast (24€ per person), breakfast was ok, but not worth the money. Same overpricing with the additiontal fee for a dog on the room (30€ per night). Poorly equipped gym.

Modern, clean hotel with a good comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Good position (metro/train/bus station at 10 min walking distance) for start of exploration of Rotterdam city and surroundings. I would come again in this hotel.

Sofa bed on which kids slept was quite hard, no shops or restaurant near by so I recommend everyone to take breakfast in hotel, especially if coming with kids. Metro/train/bus stop perfectly connects all parts of the city only it is little bit further from the hotel than it is written in description on your page. It takes app 10 minutes walking (nothing terrible, but guests should know this info)

There is a big parking area behind the hotel, where we always found parking lot for our car. The staff was very fiendly and helpful. Good breakfast with big variety of food. The room was really big, big enough for a family of four. The location is excellent, close to the highway and even there is a SPAR in walking distance in case you need something.

The room wasn't clean enough - we even found a half pair of sock on the suitcase rack, and it wasn't one of ours... The shower gel and shampoo dispansers were broken. The elevator in the building was a little bit funky, sometimes it just didn't start and had to call the other one.

We really understand and appreciate the job and dedication the hotel personal do, but this time I have to write negative resume... We got double bed with only one blanket, it was ok regarding the description of the room. In the reception we asked if there could be opportunity to get one extra blanket in order to have a good sleep separately overnight. They said, no problem, we'll bring it to the room. Still... We asked for 4 times and did not receive it until our departure. The honest reception answer that there is no possibility to give us extra blanket would be ok, they just could let us know instead of looking into our eyes and telling, yes, your problem will be solved in a minute.

Great trip to Rotterdam to visit the city and enjoy local sites and culture. Nice drive to The Hague and other places. The hotel was wonderful with a delicious breakfast each morning, nice gym facilities and a cheerful atmosphere for the family. The hotel even had a great dinner, a BBQ styled menu crafted with quality meats, tender and delicious. The hotel even made the guest bed. Pet friendly environment. Nice walk to the local train.

Breakfast coffee machine had malfunctioned, but luckily the hotel staff was able to fix.

Reasonable hotel for a location if you want to visit the University / Rotterdam Business School and the surrounding business park area. OK business hotel with actually a nice rich breakfast that gave good variety (cross-cultural options even). Pancakes comes from an automatic pancake machine. I like fresh pancakes but not these machined ones! So other than that part the breakfast is really good and if you can get it with the hotel rate - its a deal - though I am not sure I would splurge close to 20 Euros on it.

Room is adequately sized, though the furniture is a little worn. Public transport - the closest metro is at least a 10 min walk. There is a bus stop that is closer - but that adds an extra connection. Secondly, if you want to visit the city centre be aware that there are not many options with public transport after midnight and that there is a cost. Taxis cost between 20-40 Euros to get from city centre to here - depending on time of day and traffic situation. So unless you have business in this part of the city - best to find a hotel closer to the city to save the travel hassle.

It is a good hotel overall. Parking is available on-site for €10 per day. The area is quiet and peaceful. Just a 5-minute walk away, there's a SPAR supermarket with good prices, which is very convenient.

However, I would like to mention that the hotel is quite far from the city center. The nearest metro station is about 1 km away, which might feel a bit far for some guests, especially if walking long distances is an issue.

The friendliness and warmth of the staff is what amazed us about this hotel.. fantastic service , from bag drop off and reception, housekeeping to checkout. The buffet breakfast has a wide intercontinental variety (even rice was served), excellent clean kid-friendly rooms. There was chipped paint on some door corners but nothing bothersome. Beds and pillows perfect firmness, hyrgienic and comfortable. Great view from the 5th floor. We’ll be back surely. We are missing a pool/wellness though. Nevertheless, thanks for a great stay!

Staff were not very helpful. We learnt on arrival that our booking through the 3rd party website was cancelled for no obvious reason although the money was taken from the account. So we tried to book the room through the reception for which they said there was availability. So we tried through booking.com and it was still showing the same hotel and allowed me to book. Going back to the same staff in the reception after booking, she said that she will get the room ready. Why was she not willing to help us in the first place.

Wonderful hotel in green area next to University. Metro is a short walk from the hotel. Excellent mattress and great wifi. Very good food in restaurant. I had a dinner there almost every day

I joined their loyalty program, and they gave me a voucher for a free drink. And when I walked to the bar to get that drink, the barmen face was like "another freebie lover" Also, there is a big construction going on right next to the hotel and they start at 6 am or something
