Location was perfect just opposite the metro with an elevator access so it was easy to get around esp with our toddler in a stroller. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the canal and city. The restaurant at the hotel was also good and reasonable prices.

We had an issue with one of the bedside lamps and on informing the front desk they said someone will come tomorrow, instead the phone rang at around 11pm! Someone was calling to come check it out. When we had kids sleeping and I myself was about to fall asleep. That was unexpected but otherwise all was well!

The location was great and the hotel was amazing.

We booked two rooms for our stay. While one room was exceptional and met all expectations, unfortunately, the other room had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. Due to the excessive heat, we were unable to sleep comfortably. When I raised the issue with the gentleman at reception, he informed me that the air conditioning was switched on and that there was nothing further he could do. I had hoped he would offer an alternative room or a solution to improve our comfort, but no such assistance was provided. This discrepancy in room quality and the lack of responsiveness from the front desk was disappointing, especially given the otherwise high standard of the accommodation.

We stayed at ART Hotel Rotterdam during our road trip through three different countries, and without a doubt, this was the best hotel of our entire journey. Everything from the staff to the design was simply exceptional. Here’s what we loved: • Cleanliness: The entire hotel was immaculate. Our rooms were spotless and fresh, and even the parking garage was pristine! • Interior Design: The decor throughout the hotel is stunning. You can tell there was so much attention to detail—especially in the lounge area. It’s stylish, cozy, and beautifully done. • Staff: Every staff member we interacted with was polite, professional, and warm. A special shoutout to the youngest front desk attendant—he was incredibly friendly and connected really well with our young adult children. The front desk team overall made us feel so welcomed. • Breakfast: Breakfast was fantastic! A wide variety of delicious options served in a clean, bright space. Definitely a highlight of our stay. • Parking Garage: We drove a van, and having access to a clean and secure parking garage was a huge bonus. It was easy to access and well-maintained. • Location & Convenience: The staff were very helpful in guiding us with directions for the train and tram. It made getting around Rotterdam so much easier. This hotel left a lasting impression on my family. I literally wished I could have taken it with me to every country we visited! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend ART Hotel Rotterdam to anyone looking for comfort, style, and exceptional service.

The staff, location, and breakfast were excellent. The facilities were nice-looking and the room was comfortable. Also, having an efficient AC system is always a plus.

My room was located next to the elevators, and the room had practically no sound isolation: I could hear everything that happened in the corridor. I was using earplugs so this did bot bother me, but for some it might be disturbing. Also, the showers were quite ok but it was a little bit annoying that the water flooded most of the toilet floor quite easily.

The location was perfect and the staff was very attentive especially those waiters and waitress in the restaurant. The lobby is beautifull, clean and big. The room was big and clean. I would surely return to this hotel.

There was no iron or iron board in the room. You could request thou. It would be nice if the hotel would provide showercap, hairconditioner etz etz and other necesaties in the bathroom. But the fact that the hotelbathroom is not fully equipt doesn't take anything from the exceptional good time we had at the hotel.

The bar and the restaurant had a great selection of food! The room was great but I felt like it was missing something.

The elevators. Having 2 main elevators and 1 service elevator is not enough for the amount of people you have at the hotel. Often you had to wait around to 3-5 minutes to get an elevator to get to the lobby. Having a light in the closet or near the closet wouod be great, as it was very dark in that corner of the room.

Whe loveddddd the room. for real we entered the room and tought it was a suite. no noise veryyy calm verry cleaan nicceee and bigg and the shower was clean to everyyy thing was top. Breakfast was nice to and we loved there was also halal charcuterie. and the seervice for real everybody was very helpfull and kind. the location was good to it was right next tot metrostation from where you could go everywhere. (cuz parking ind rotterdam is verrrryyyy expensive) so its good to leave the car at the hotel and take the metro and tram.. wee loved it so that willl be our hotel for other times in rotterdam and we recommanded it to all of our friends and family to.

The cleaners moved all our things around and packed up our things and put them away in drawers and wardrobe. We DUD NOT like this. We requested at reception for only towels to be changed and again the cleaners came in and moved and put away our things. We complained again to reception and put the DO NOT DISTURB on the door and the cleaners came in again and moved our things around and put things away. Very very angry about this
