Location next to metro station, easy access to centre of the city. Very clean and nicely decorated. FREE PALESTINE Spacious and great layout in the family room. Fridge to store food. Great breakfast.
Parking was 20 euros a day. Not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but great metro access and river access. FREE PALESTINE

The location was perfect and the staff was very attentive especially those waiters and waitress in the restaurant. The lobby is beautifull, clean and big. The room was big and clean. I would surely return to this hotel.
There was no iron or iron board in the room. You could request thou. It would be nice if the hotel would provide showercap, hairconditioner etz etz and other necesaties in the bathroom. But the fact that the hotelbathroom is not fully equipt doesn't take anything from the exceptional good time we had at the hotel.

The bar and the restaurant had a great selection of food! The room was great but I felt like it was missing something.
The elevators. Having 2 main elevators and 1 service elevator is not enough for the amount of people you have at the hotel. Often you had to wait around to 3-5 minutes to get an elevator to get to the lobby. Having a light in the closet or near the closet wouod be great, as it was very dark in that corner of the room.

Whe loveddddd the room. for real we entered the room and tought it was a suite. no noise veryyy calm verry cleaan nicceee and bigg and the shower was clean to everyyy thing was top. Breakfast was nice to and we loved there was also halal charcuterie. and the seervice for real everybody was very helpfull and kind. the location was good to it was right next tot metrostation from where you could go everywhere. (cuz parking ind rotterdam is verrrryyyy expensive) so its good to leave the car at the hotel and take the metro and tram.. wee loved it so that willl be our hotel for other times in rotterdam and we recommanded it to all of our friends and family to.
nothing everything wasss beter than we could imagine

Room - was clean, nice furnishings, plenty of storage space, beds comfortable, USB charging points were handy and the mirrors all had proper lighting. Bar and dining room had a good vibe.
Heating controls were difficult to understand. Shower was an overhead rain shower with the option of a hand held shower but no bracket for hand held shower - this will annoy women who dont want to get their hair wet. Not clear hot / cold on basin taps and not clear if water was drinkable. Bottled water wasnt provided in rooms which is great for reducing plastic waste but would be helpful to point out water is potable.

The hotel was largely impeccable. The furnishing, decorations, etc... were all in excellent state and very clean! The common areas are confortable and elegant; and the location, literally in front of a metro station, is extremely convenient. The bedroom windows do open wide enough to let some air inside (a problem in some hotels, not this one) and the bedroom itself in quite spacious and not very expensive (compared to other hotels in the city). There is a surprising amount of space to sit or place objects around the room!
Many services, including parking, bike rentals, and breakfast, come with additional charges. It would be more courteous to offer these complimentarily to customers, who have already paid for the room. The breakfast is decent, particularly the charcuterie, but (at least during winter) there were very few fruits and vegetables options. Among itens absent were: melons, watermelons, papayas, pineapples, mangoes, grapes, pancakes, waffles, mushrooms, beans, rice and baked tomatoes. No hair conditioner was offered at the shower. Speaking of which, the shower screen glass does not completely enclose it from the rest of the bathroom, making it somewhat impossible not to spill a bit of water on the floor during a shower.

Rooms and communal areas were beautiful and spacious. Plenty of lifts so never left waiting long to get up to your room. Staff on the front desk were lovely and so helpful! Hotel was incredibly quiet and the views over the river were stunning.
Layout of the hallways echoed a bit so you could sometimes hear people having conversations, but given how full the hotel was it was remarkably quiet. Housekeeping were a bit overly helpful - I didn't like that they'd repacked my suitcase and rearranged all my items in the bathroom. I understand they need to clean, but it felt a bit invasive and I'd never stayed in a hotel where staff has repacked my suitcase before.

Had a triple room which can be hard to find. I was traveling with my 2 brothers. Views from the room on the top floor were great. room was big and recently re-furbished.
One night at the bar they added a 2.50 surcharge for my card (which they didn't do the night before). He said it was because it was a business card. I tried to explain it wasn't, it was a personal euro bank account I had specifically to avoid card charges in Europe and we have not had charges the night before in the same bar or the 20+ other places we used it in Rotterdam. Ended up just paying it but it felt like a scam.

The hotel is beautifully renovated! The rooms are spacious and bathroom pretty. Overall clean and very comfy. Also the location is fab! Next to metrostation that can reach you everywhere.
At check in we paid extra to get late check out (14:00). On the dat of check out they called to our room at 11:40am to wake us up and told us we have 20min left to check out! I was so irritated and annoyed and told the person on the phone she was wrong and we paid for late check out. I have not paid frikkin money to get woken up by them. That person didn’t even say sorry on the phone!!! Luckily when we did check out at the counter, the staff apologised for this mistake. But yeah, this shouldnt happen. Also the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear quite some sounds from the hallway. Oh, and the elevator is really shit lol. It takes ages and in our case the 0 resets, so while we were heading downstairs it suddenly went up again. That elevator is buggy and that’s so annoying.

I booked the ART as friend and I were going to the "Ahoy" for the Six Day Cycling, for two nights. Hotel was a 25 minute walk - perfect. The room was massive, two nice comfy beds, two arm chairs, big tv, lovely shower. Used the gym for a quick 4km cycle spin as part of my daily exercises. Breakfast was outstanding just about everything you'd need. Interesting that the tables were bare so you went for everything you needed leaving the table uncluttered with stuff you didn't use (I like that). The bar had nice beer including Guinness, lots of seating. Restaurant was busy and well used. Hotel looked after our luggage for a few hours before we headed home in the late afternoon. The Metro and tram stop were very close.
NO milk for coffee or tea in the room. And limited supply of the coffee and tea. Lifts were playing up a bit - no collective control for the three lifts - lift controller would not accept a landing 'call'. No porridge for breakfast - but I guess they would have provided it if I'd asked. I wanted to walk up to my room on the 5th floor - eventually found some stairs but locked myself out on the emergency staircase, my mate had to come let me in - good job I had my phone on me!! So where are the stairs for guests who do not like lifts/ elevators and or want to keep fit?
