Impressed woth breakfast a lot of choice. I liked the eco friendliness of the breakfast and the fresh tea leaf options were fanstastic. and the bed was really comfortable which is great at 33 weeks pregnant.

The cleanliness of the room was good but I wanted to make coffee and the cups were dirty and the coaster hadn't been chnaged filthy from the last visit. Hotels need to syop simply rinsing mugs in sinks. wash them properly and rotate. it's not acceptable. especially in a post pandemic world!

After three and half hour driving and a bad experience at another hotel, I decided to book a stay at Ibis Hotel around 10:00 PM, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with a warm smile, and the check-in process was incredibly fast and smooth—I was in my room within five minutes. Although parking wasn’t included in the price, they generously offered me free parking, which was a kind gesture that helped me relax after a rough night. The hotel was very clean, and for the price, it offered excellent value. The friendly service at the reception made all the difference. Plus, the breakfast was great! I highly recommend Ibis Hotel for its cleanliness, affordability, and the welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

I had an excellent stay at ibis Styles Ahoy! The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with quirky design touches that made it feel unique. The view of the park was beautiful. The location is perfect—especially convenient if you’re attending an event at Rotterdam Ahoy or want to explore the city. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of tasty options. We also recommend dinner at the restaurant, super delicious, good price and generous portions. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is 30 mins from Rotterdam Centraal by metro+walking, in an area with new modern buildings, almost outside the city, near a huge parking that serves probably Ahoy hall. There is a huge park, too, we didn't have time to explore. A Lidl is a couple minutes walk away from the hotel. The hotel has a very pleasant restaurant with a simple menu, but so well done dishes. We loved the salmon and the tortellini soup. The decorations in the rooms and halfway are really something I've never seen before Definitely quirky. The bed is comfortable. we definitely slept very well. Soundproof was good. Strangely this Ibis was also the cheapest we booked in the Nederlands. Most probably because it is new. Very effective staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Spatious room! I liked it overall! Exceptionally good breakfast and atttentive staff. Walking distance from the metro station. Very close to a big shopping center where you can find multiple stores and food options as well.

The room was COLD. It was 19.3 when i entered and never went up higher than 20.6 degrees. You cannot adjust the ac temperature by yourself. I am sorry but this is almost winter and it gets very cold at nights already. I had to ask for extra blankets! When i asked the reception, they said it's is fixed to 20-21 degrees, which i find very unfortunate. Thankfully i had to stay only for one night. I have never had this problem in any Ibis' around Europe.

Modern hotel in a highly convenient location from the Ahoy centre (approximately 2 minute walk). There is a shopping centre around the corner which is also very useful to have on the doorstep. About 30 mins from Rotterdam central, so certainly a hotel more suited for those working at, or visiting, an event at the Ahoy. Compared to many other Ibis hotels, this one has lovely interior and is vibrant and colourful. Great breakfast with lots of choice. And a decent, small, gym which is functional.

Overall, this hotel does what it says on the tin. However, they don't offer room service or have many healthy dinner options.

Most staff friendly helpful and put us in rooms next to each other. 3 rooms. Rooms are decent size, clean, modern and the hotel in general was clean and modern.

No latte at breakfast as the one lady said the machine doesn't do latte. So asked if she could make one and she advised would be charged so did not have one. First hotel ever to not have latte in the morning. Also advertised pancake station.... no pancakes Cereal only had whole cereal. No cornflakes or weetabix.. another first in a hotel.

The location was prime to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very accommodating, for example helping us get back to the hotel when we were lost in the city. Breakfast was amazing allowing us to try different food each morning. Even though the bed was a full we were able to fit 2 people perfectly and still have space. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall cleanliness of towls, sheets, and shower. There were spots still left on the sheets. And scratches or something left in the shower. But the staff was very accommodating in the fact we were able to get new towels and sheets right away.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated just a few hundred meters from the Rotterdam Ahoy Congress Center. This proximity was extremely convenient for my conference attendance. The surrounding area offers excellent amenities, including a variety of restaurants, easily accessible metro stations, and well-stocked supermarkets within walking distance. The accommodations were comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. Cleanliness was a standout feature, with the room and common areas maintained to an impressively high standard.

The front desk staff appeared overworked and unevenly distributed across shifts, occasionally displaying signs of stress and irritability. The breakfast offerings left room for improvement. While the existing options were adequate, the addition of a fresh omelet station could significantly enhance the dining experience. Unfortunately, the processed meat and cheese selections were rather unappetizing and could benefit from an upgrade to higher-quality alternatives.

We experienced problem with heating the air conditioner was not heating the room enough we asked the receptionist how to set it but this did not help much also I have asked the receptionist to give us a park view room but she said that that this is not possible as the room was pre-booked our room was half looking to the park and half to the Rotterdam Ahoy concert hall
