A very comfortable stay. The room size was good, the bed was spacious, and the room was well decorated. Everything was clean as it should have been both in the room and in the spa facilities. The spa facilities were plentiful and relaxing, and thankfully not as crowded as I feared. Overall, I had a really nice time.

One of the staff members at the restaurant profiled my partner (a person of color) and was extremely rude with his "can I help you??" as he entered. Once he realized he was a guest at the hotel, he slowly backed off but without any apology. The racism definitely put a damper on the mood and our general sense of inclusion.

Super clean place, very well designed and furnished rooms. Hospitality is also at an excellent level. Spa and massage are also highly reccomended. If you want to relax or have some romantic time; you can give this place a chance. For 27 euros you can ask for a late check out (at 15.00) and for 22 euros you can ask for romantic decoration (see the pic) We got an upgrade for an affordable price and stayed at the Executive Suite; welcomed with free cocktails, when our order at the cafe we got free drinks to apologize for it etc.

The staff was amazing! The spa was lovely. The room was THE BEST. And the swimming pool was great. We had such a wonderful stay and I cannot wait to go back again!

The dinner at the restaurant was terrible. The service took forever and when the food finally came it was bland, some of it was burnt, and it was just absolutely not worth the money and time. All of that and the server kept coughing and sneezing into his hands. It was unappetizing since I saw him touching plates and serving people stuff right after covering his hands with germs. He was a very nice guy though! Someone should just teach the employees about how to do the work in a more sanitary way. Next time I’ll order dinner in with a food delivery app or something.

The room was really spacious and clean with comfortable beds and everything you need for a pleasant stay. We did not book breakfast because during our stay (3 nights) we had to go out early to have breakfast with our son in Delft but we enjoyed the spa from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and in our opinion it is a quite good idea to open early and to close late. They even gave us, probably not only us, flip flops as a present. We got water, small chocolates and waffles as a compliment too. Something very important and comfortable is the parking, you can go in with the room cardkey.

The towels are clean but old, they do not add more coffee capsules, only 4 for 3 people for a 3 night stay; the spa is good but a part of it is a bit old. The day we arrived the TV remote control was broken and we felt very uncomfortable because the girl from the reception told "very strange" instead of apologize and we really found it broken... They need to pay more attention on these things... On the other hand, the air conditioning was very noisy, the small fridge mini bar as well.

The beautiful facility & spa. The rooms were super comfortable and inviting. The spa was exactly what I needed to relax.

I paid extra for the late check out on the Monday however the majority of the spa was closed due to repairs. Understandable repairs are required but perhaps they didn’t need to all happen at once. Ended up leaving early anyway because of the spa closures, so the late check out was a waste of money. The full body massage was not “full body” but just legs, arms and shoulders. The pressure was very light and relaxing but not a proper massage.

The all-around service offered by the staff is excellent. The bathroom facilities were top, and the spa/swimming pool very nice. The free apéro buffet was very appreciated and welcome surprise, as well as the turn-down Stroopwaffel service :-)

For our comfort the beds were not firm enough. I had enquired about available parking on the property, as we required a special parking option for a very tall van but we were not informed of the cost of the parking. This was not a problem for us (and the price is extremely fair) but it would be beneficial for you if you informed future clients, as this differs alot with many hotels.

Large room and bed, very comfortable, friendly staff, good food.

Bathroom had shampoo instead of hand wash by the sink and the shampoo and body wash in the shower was empty. When I asked for new bottles I was given shampoo and lotion to which I was told "this is all I can find" so had to wash my hands/hair/body with shampoo. Restaurant Menu options were limited Internet/TV didn't work very well. The TV would go pause/go black when it would be buffering and not fix itself.

The staff is very polite and kind, during the week I had a few days the spa just for myself and it was perfect. Also the food is good and very affordable for a fine dining restaurant.

The location is not very nice, I love to walk and it’s like an industrial area, the stay at the hotel is nice, just the area is quite ugly.

Everything from check in to check out was really good. Staff, facilities & room pleasantly met our needs.

Breakfast in the morning was the only negative for us. As a curator myself I think the menu for breakfast should be updated or even a wider variety. My parent got sick from breakfast also so that was not so relaxing but it did not ruin our stay. Also the hand written welcome note was an amazing touch.

the service of the hotel is great, we arrived late and the hotel stayed in touch with us so we would have access even when we arrived very late, luckily that was not necessary. Very good breakfast and dinner facilities, special dinner menus as well, surprising.

What most surprised me was that noise from other rooms was very present like the above rooms taking showers and coughing neighbour which seemed like next to my bed, for the rest all was very positive, but this i had not expected
