The room was comfortable and clean, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of electrical sockets and a well lit mirror. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the building was very quiet despite being very close to the train station - also no noisy lifts, gurgling pipes or slamming doors. Location was very convenient and the amazing decor made for a great atmosphere, and a hotel that is actually fun to spend time in!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Really fun hotel, the common areas are an attraction themselves. Absolutely loved the design and ambiance. Staff was friendly and prices of drinks and snacks were very fair.

Even though it had only been 20 degrees outside when we arrived and we set the AC in the room to 17 degrees and maximum ventilation, the temperature didn’t go under 21.5 degrees so it was a pretty warm and stuffy night, especially without a window to open. A shame the AC system cannot deal even with mildly warm summer days. The shower has a rain shower and a regular showerhead which was loose and kept sliding down on the railing. Water pressure wasn’t great.

Funky design of the hotel is very interesting. Although some regular hotel features may be absent here, it is central and convenient. The staff are super friendly and super helpful. Nothing is too much hassle for them. Food is lovely too. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and there are no windows but they leave coffee and tea in communal areas during the morning and afternoon. I forgot my hairdryer but the reception had one to loan for guests. Wouldn't be a business style hotel but perfect for a tourist exploring. The room, towels and bed linen are changed after 3 days but if you need clean towels before that the reception provided them. They have a chat facility also where they are very quick to respond to queries you might have. Genuinely had a lovely stay here. Very easy going relaxing place to base yourself. The room I had was very spacious which was great.

No lift but I had read that in reviews prior to arriving and someone did help us all the way to the room with the cases which was really great. Thank you!

Location is very good - hidden behind the side of Central Station. Room was super small. It just fitted the bed and you could crawl out and into the shower. I would advise getting a room bigger than the small room. Staff were fantastically helpful. Hotel was trendy. Bar was open late at night. Great for a drink. Nice shower.

Would have loved some bannisters going up the stairs. Should have booked a bigger room. I found it difficult to organise my day without a decent table.

You couldn't ask for better location. The staff were so lovely, the place was so cool/funky - the creativity was amazing I loved it and the little welcome note was touching. It comes across as a lively place but it must have been off peak because there was barely anyone around. Kevin Bacon restaurant the food was delicious.

The buffet breakfast but then it didn't help that I only arrived 30 minutes before the end so that was probably my fault. I didn't like the frequent dropping water type noise coming from the wall.

The receptionist was very friendly, informative and helpful. She let us know directly that there was no elevator for guests. With a kid and a stroller, she gave us the solution to store the stroller in the room next to the receptionist desk. We love the colorful living areas inside and outside. We used them to relax after a long day and had our dinner outside. My son and I loved to play with the giant chess outside. It was very calm area too. The breakfast was really what we needed. Small options, giod quality and no waste. Thanks for doing extra to prepare the breakfast for my son.

The hotel is smaller than expected. No elevator to second Floor, I would have been more prepared if I knew it before. The step stairs were unexpected but my 2-y.o. managed it well. The room was really small. They could have installed some hooks for towels and portable hanging shelves for more storing places tho.

We did not have our breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Location was great as this was close to the Central station.

No chair to seat, bath room flooring slippery when wet. might be a health and safety issue. No bin in the toilet. Fire alarm sound off at 2:00 am but was a false alarm, although nothing happened and the alarm was silenced but as a safety measure customers should not be allowed to go back to their respective rooms unless properly checked by a competent person.

It is right next to the central train station. We walked everywhere from here. The designs were joyful. I have never been anywhere like this before. We stayed at the Secret Book Room. There's free coffee and tea next to the candy house. We asked for extra blankets and a hairdryer. Also, you can leave your luggage in their storage. Beds were comfy. No noise, no disturbances.

There is a separate toilet, but the shower is in the room right next to the bed. If you are with friends, keep in mind.

The themed exterior of every room. I was joking at first that I look like on a "Squid Game" room but for every theme in there, there is a corresponding description and artist. Room's basic (no TV -- you won't need it as better to just chill and enjoy the fun exterior of the room and there is a hot shower, also tea you can get in the outside lounge

It can get too cold in the room but give it time to adjust -- the comfortable bed and warm duvet saves it!

The hotel is located near the central station, there is plenty of transport. Cafes and supermarkets are very close by. The zoo is a 15-minute walk away, as are the city centre and restaurants. The hotel is very quiet, compact and comfortable. All rooms are with a double bed, which makes it great for a couple's holiday. The beds are large and very comfortable, the linen is clean and the room was very tidy. The staff are just wonderful! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly polite and competent. The breakfast was fresh but not fancy compared to other hotels. The overall impression of the hotel design is very nice! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
