Great location, tram/bus/train 2 mins down the road. Staff very helpful and explained how to use the tram - we purchased day passes onboard for 8 euros each. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Need to take own shampoo. Powdered milk provided but we purchased fresh from the supermarket 10 mins walk away, fridge in the room. Visiting for the Park Run in Zuiderpark - 2 mile walk from the hotel - perfect warm up. Parking behind the hotel, 9 euros a day.

Wifi in the rooms weren't working.

We booked this hotel as a layover during our trip around Europe, and what an adventure it was! The hotel was in a great location, close to the tram and train stations, therefore very accessible by all means of transport. All the staff was super friendly and keen on helping us - even when our ceiling nearly collapsed because of some AC leakage above it! Chapeau to the multi-lingual gentleman, who's name I unfortunately can't recall - he handled the situation profesionally and with a calm temper. That is, we moved rooms twice at 10PM until the ceiling in the room was dry :D. Props to him for being friendly and human, too! It was truly no big deal for us, and him being so neat, we didn't mind at all. Thanks for the help and we'll surely be back!

As mentioned before, the AC units had no business leaking through the ceiling, thus here's to hoping they're fixed by now! :)

Very spacious room, new furniture. Everything at four-star level. Sensor light under the bedside table, very useful at night. Strong wifi signal. Two bottles of water were waiting for us in the mini fridge. We parked for free in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, being the weekend. Map of parking spaces received at the reception. The reception staff is young and quite friendly. We had contact with the cleaning staff, Romanian women, very friendly and willing to help. We had a very pleasant vacation.

The windows can't be opened. That's how they're designed. We missed the fresh air from outside.

I liked how easy it was to get to where I needed. With a bus tan and train station it was perfect for my needs. The staff on reception were lovely, very welcoming and always approachable. I met 2 lovely house keepers as well they gave me my morning coffee and whitener so I was happy. The view from my room.

The entrance to the property was at the rear which confused me. The sign for the gym was unclear so ended up in the business suites. The room door had gaps so you hear people outside the room. The wet room the glass wasn't sufficient so the floor got pretty wet and the shower head fell off, so it was harder to control an the idea of workmen in boots or shoes in the bathroom freaked me out more than the shower head not being attached. I'd have like a firmer pillow as they were too soft for me.

So I am sorry to say I feared the worst when I booked the hotel because I looked only at the bad reviews. Maybe I was lucky, but the location was a 4 mins work to the tram. The bed was clean and cosy. The room had a microwave. A kettle and air-conditioning that worked. The only bad side I think is the bathroom. The shower has half a screen, so it's easy to flood it . Definitely intend to book again. It's 30 mins from the airport but it cost a fortune by cab. If you are not to lazy to take the train, it's 1 hr. It exceeded my expectations but only because I expected the worst. 😆

I love the staff at the hotel, especially Aya. She was very nice and kind to me and helped me so much in finding my way around Holland. Always greeted me with a smile and called me by my name. Super employee who deserves a pay raise.

First room was always cold. Don't know the exact temperature of the room but had to get a room change because the room heater wouldn't heat the room.

Queen size double bed, wonderfully comfortable. The room has floor-level safety lights that are activated by movement, which is comfortable to get up in the dark without fear of accident or having to disturb other people. The room has a microwave and water heater, making it easy to prepare a coffee or a drink. The hotel is less than 150 metres from the train station and bus stop, making it convenient for travel to Delf, The Hague, Rotterdam, or Amsterdam.

The bed has two simple feather covers, from the outside in, which means that in the middle of the bed there is really no cover. After 4 nights I barely managed to feel half comfortable with this system.

Parking was great value. Rooms spacious and clean. Good bathroom. Really close to tram and bus links to Centre.

no obvious bar area (there was one but always unattended) There was a pop-up bar and shop (fridges with beer and wine etc) in the reception area. Could not find a restaurant. Found the breakfast area (but didnt have bfast), and something which looked like a staff canteen.

Room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6:00 and is great, with variety and quality. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station. And excellent location if you happen to be in Rijswijk.

The block has a bit of a retro flavor, something out of the '70's, but the hotel is very nice inside. Reaching the back wing is not terribly easy (walk by the restaurant), but you quickly get the hang of it.

Love the hotel, very good location, you have the station, and the bus and tram, which takes you into Den Haag, Rotterdam, Delft, just a minute walk, shopping around the corner. Good Italian and all you can eat, sushi restaurant, so fir me a very good hotel and location

I don't have anything to say, because I had a good time. The hotel met my expectations
