I stayed at this apartment during a 4-day holiday (July 14 - 18) and had a great experience overall. The location is convenient—just about 8 minutes' walk to the nearest tram stop, which made getting around easy. The apartment itself is excellent and well-suited for couples. Both the bathroom and kitchen are private, which added to the comfort and privacy of the stay. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, though it's worth noting that the oven wasn't working during my stay (it's got a tag " NOT IN USE"). On a brighter note, there's a lovely garden at the back of the apartment, perfect for relaxing outdoors. All in all, a comfortable and cozy place to stay, with just a few things to keep in mind.

One downside was the WiFi—it was quite poor, to the point where I had to use mobile data instead. Hopefully, that gets improved in the future.

A wonderful accommodation, comfy bed, good shower and useful kitchenette. (Be aware it's self-catering rather than the traditional bed and breakfast). Everything was spotlessly clean. Very friendly hosts. Good tram connections to the centre and a local supermarket minutes away. (You can use your debit or credit card to pay on the trams. Place it on the reader on entrance, it beeps once. Place it on the reader on exit, it beeps twice).

Everything was perfect.

I really loved this little 'apartment', with quite a large bedroom and small attached kitchen and bathroom. There is direct access onto a lovely garden with a seating area. Everything is spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The host is very kind and allowed me to leave my luggage very early. It's located in an interesting part of the city which is a bit off the tourist track but the centre is quickly and easily reached by tram or bus. I will be back!

The B&B Maria is in a very good and strategic position. You can get to the B&B from the Central Station in less than 15 mins using either tram line 4 or 8 (Also very good if you arrive from Rotterdam airport, just take the underground until central station). You can be in the city centre in 10mins by train or if you fancy a nice walk on the river ca 25 mins. There are two supermarkets close to the B&B. The B&B has all furniture for cooking. Coffe and tea were available (maybe a small suggestion is to provide also oil and salts). There are few bars and restaurants close to the B&B which should be nice (we didn't try). The place is cosy and warm. Very quiet you can rest and relax. The garden is lovely.

Misrepresentation: the property is called "Bed and Breakfast" BUT there is no breakfast. This is misrepresentation. And Parking " available" is charged extra by the hour between 9 am and 11 pm. also not in the property description which gives the impression it is free. I would NOT have booked this property .

Good connection to the city centre by tram. All daily infrastructure (supermarket, restaurants, cafes) within walking distance.

Parking situation. Sometimes difficult to find a parking place. Very strikt parking regime and dangerous to get a fine. Luckily we could buy affordable parking ticket at the host's place.

Washing machine was a plus. Kitchen nice to have. Was like a small apartment with a small back yard. Marie gave us some laundry soap and a jar of mayonaise. Quiet neighborhood.

Was warm inside so needed to ask for a fan which was provided. The property was not clearly marked as address was hidden by plant life. Not much in the way for restaurants or stores.

Clean and comfortable room with a bathroom and small separate kitchen area. Access to a lovely sunny backyard to sit in! Everything you need to cook is in the kitchen. We stayed for several days and were very comfortable there!

Very nice apartment, nice couple and great location!

Not much that we didn't like. However, would suggest having a few Cooking essentials stocked, like salt and pepper, olive oil, etc.

My second stay in this wonderful small apartment - it must be one of the prettiest and most comfortable in Rotterdam!!
