You're employee charged us wrong rate at breakfast on our first day eventhough he asked if we are staying at hotel and took our room numbers he still charged us visitor prices. on other mornings the staff, different persons, charged the correct amount listed at your webpage. Not a biggie but it's still something about respecting your customers and being honest.

We booked the room for the wedding night. We have purchased several packages as well such as rose petals, minibar and handmade chocolates. We checked in late (around 23:30) and it went good. The breakfast have everything that is needed for breakfast. The pool and saunas were great!

The handmade chocolates were very simple and clearly looked liked they were just bought from supermarket, so wasn’t handmade :( . In the morning we read through QR code that was in the room, that it is possible to have a late check out until 17:00 for 25€, so since we checked in very late we decided to extend our stay longer. However, on the reception they told that it is wrong information on their website and they can extend our stay only until 13:00 for 25€ and if we booked the room through their website, it would have been free. That was the disappointing part of the experience, since they are misinforming their clients.

Conveniently located hotel close to Enschede and Hengelo. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on premises is a plus.

Wish there was a kettle to make tea in the room. To use the coffee maker to make tea just doesn’t work well and makes for horrible tea and taste. That is a shame for such a well appointed room.

My recent stay at Van der Valk Hotel Enschede was fantastic. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The rooftop pool, sauna, and steam bath were wonderful additions, offering relaxation with stunning views. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. Overall, my stay was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Enschede.

Great location, easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. Exceptional breakfast, comes highly recommended. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Only thing that wasn't to our liking was the bed. We has two single beds pushed together which made the mattress sag towards the middle. Wasn't that comfortable to sleep on. Not a deal breaker.

The room was very spacious and well decorated. The bathroom as well. Breakfast buffet was very generous and staff attentive. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant and the meals we ordered were excellent.

The shower cabine has a modern selection of jets and showers and it took a while to understand how it worked.

Everybody was very nice! Very clean! Rooms were absolutely imaginable and stunning! And don’t get me started on the pool!! It’s was BEAUTIFUL!! Lived this hotel!! Definitely top 3!!

I didn’t enjoy the food options at all! And that’s all! Everything else was completely amazing!

Staff was not willing to help (but that's common for NL) A bit remote from the city center, restaurants and sights but all easy accessible by bike in this town

Very nice and comfortable rooms, nice wellness at the top floor with pool. Great breakfast with lots of choices and of good quality. Overally the hotel looks great. Nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is simply amazing for the location. Was not expecting this level of hotel quality in Enschede. Proper staff, polite, helpful and super professional. The room was large, with a private room for the kids, with a huge balcony and bathroom. The family loved it!
