The hotel is in a lovely area and well situated in walking distance to many shops. It's also a 20 minute walk to the train and bus station, where there is a bus to Walibi Holland. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean, had a large bathroom and a good sized TV which allows you to cast from your phone. The bed was comfy and the two chairs in the room were useful. I would stay in a comfort room again if I was returning to Walibi Holland.

The room was very hot and there was no air con, but the windows and fan helped. There were a few squashed bugs on the ceiling. The noise from outside was quite loud when people went past on mopeds but it didn't disturb our sleep too much. There was a mini fridge but we didn't use it as it smelt.

The location of the hotel, cleanliness. My room was on the top floor in the corner, had view of the lake and of the church. LOVED, the church bells every 30 min.

The bathroom supplies were almost never replenished. Kept getting shoe shine! Had to go down to the lobby to ask for washcloths, shower cap, body wash etc. Even after that, supplies not replenished.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Harderwijk. All sites are in walking distance of the hotel. Particularly interesting was the wall around the town and the Marius van Dokkum museum. Well worth a visit. It is possible to walk to the train station as we found out when there were no taxis available. Top tip. If you need a taxi book it well in advance.

We could still be included for dinner even though we hadn’t made a reservation. The food was good.

We realise that there were a lot of people there for breakfast with us. The set up of food in a corner caused congestion with people waiting to access the food there.

Spacious room with a large bathroom, electric plugs in the both sides of the bed; quiet environment; parking available; friendly staff both at the reception and bar.

Parking under the trees was not a wise decision as the car was covered with a sticky substance dripping from the big trees; if available, use the garage.

We were upgraded to a comfort room which was a nice surprise. We liked the room decor and space, good to have a kettle for tea making, nice bathroom and comfy beds. We enjoyed the breakfast. great location, good for safe bicycle storage.

We stayed for Blije Bietjes Foodfestival and it was really close-by. It provided all the things that we need: reasonable size of the room, clean, friendly staff, prime location.

Breakfast assortment was very limited and hoped the coffee tastes better.

We liked the new refurbished room. Big room with a nice bathroom. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good enough - not the best one, but good enough. The menu in the restaurang was good for a few days.

We had a room at the basement and people passed our windows chatting in the night. That’s the only complaint we can think of.

Lighting in the room was not great, reading light didn't work independently of the bedside light

great room, pretty big. Parking was very conveniently next door. Hotel looked recently renewed. The bar downstairs was also very nice. Location of the hotel is ideal as it's right in the center of the village.
