Stunning location at end of cosy boulevard; Harderwijk improved a lot! Although above a restaurant/bar, no noise disturbance in the room. Very friendly staff in both hotel and restaurant. Comfortable bed. Fresh coffee available in the room (Nespresso) . The restaurant on the ground floor offers fabulous Italian food: we had pasta and a salad: both fresh and very tasty ! Elevator to first floor is convenient. Although the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, we were advised to have breakfast at a facility called "Leut" at 2 minutes walking distance: never had such good coffee! Both healthy breakfast options and delicious pastries; we even took some home.

Carpet in public areas and rooms is outdated and not very clean in the public areas. Electricity input at one side of the bed taken by a bed lamp, whereas I prefer to have my phone and charger next to my bed. Toiletries should show a broader offering; for 2 only 1 small shampoo available and nothing else.

The hotel is situated right by the water. It was very clean and the reception was very helpful and friendly. We could park close by, 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was big enough for a family of 4 with two teens, and bathroom was big and had both a shower and a bath tub. The restaurant downstairs was very good! We all recommend their home-made pasta.

We are very thankful for the assistance at the reception, we could check in earlier and got enough support by info on local traffic. Our sincere gratitude

It would be helpful to have breakfast

Our room had a beautiful view and was comfortable. Th bathroom was spacious and well lit. It had amenities such as coffee and tea.

Slight problem with a card key that didn't work. The noise from people outside a cafe around the corner was a little annoying, but stopped by 11 pm

Great location and Italian restaurant very good. Nice bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and just hoped to collect the parking permit, but our room was ready and we were able to check in. Worth knowing to park in section 6, as that is where the pass is for- hope it helps someone.

For all the room had a lovely sea view, it was difficult to enjoy as the bed was in front of it, set into the eaves.

Nice location, mostly. On water. Friendly staff. Rooms were very nice with AC and quiet.

No one there for check in at 3:15. Had a beer and waited about 30 minutes. Not the end of the world, but a bit odd... Parking in the town was complicated and non-intuitive. Decent walk from car to hotel.

very nice big room with a fantastic view. also a great bathroom with all new equipment. friendly staff bed was very comfortable and there was airco. this is important here.

cheap parking..but a littke walk away.

The room was new and pleasant, location is excellent with water, old city and many restaurants nearby.
