This hotel was incredible! Staff was helpful and friendly, the common areas were tastefully decorated and elegant. We loved the wellness area and pool, and the meals (dinner and buffet breakfast) were incredible! My son also loved the kids play area during dinner. There is an outdoor bike shed (locked) for bike storage, and views from the top floor are fab. Lots of parking, and pretty walking/cycling tracks around. We also loved the closeness to the airplane museum.

The location looks out to a main motorway, however there was no sound from the road and other views out the windows were to green forested areas. In the room we were given, the toilet is separate from the bathroom on the other side of the hotel room, so you'd have to walk down a small hall and around the bed to wash your hands. The shower room also didn't have a door, so those would be two design features I'd change. I believe our meal was not inputted properly into the kitchen for dinner, as we waited over an hour for food, not ideal with a child! The waitress apologised, but a discount on the food would have been a nice touch.

Breakfast is very varied and good. Location is good close to the motorway (you can't hear it from the room though). Plenty of parking and when you have registered the numberplate it is very straightforward to come and go without any hassle (I stayed for 3 nights and was constantly leaving/arriving). The room was clean and go good size. Wifi is good and free and does not require registration.

The mattress was too soft for my liking and the WC has a sensor for the light which you cannot turn off, so if you need to go to the WC in the middle of the night there is no avoiding the light coming on.

Great breakfast, very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Access is really good, close to the motorway but you can't hear it. Plenty of parking on site.

Nothing negative to say apart from the booking process. I booked though booking.com (which is a Dutch company), the hotel is located in the Netherlands and is Dutch and I live and use Dutch debit cards. But this hotel chain has decided to not accept Dutch debit cards though booking.com system. I use booking.com for most of my travels and typically I avoid this chain simply because of this ridiculous setup.

Very confortable bedroom in general, nice restaurant and skybar.

The waiter made a mistake on the bill and we paid erroneously the bill for another table which was double price. When we figured out the mistake, the waiter didn't even apology and we had to write an e mail to the hotel to be refunded. The restaurant (mainly the tables and seats) could be cleaner..

We have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times now and never lets us down. Clean, modern and staff are very accommodating. We have stayed with our two young children too and the small children’s play room in the restaurant is great and allowed us to have a stress free meal in the evenings. Food is perfect, great small shop in reception perfect for late night snacks too. Pool and spa facilities are clean.

One of the best hotels i've ever stayed. Great facilities (pool, sauna, gym, wellness, rooftop bar). Kind staff and wonderful room! I also had dinner in the restaurant (3-course dinner with wine). Which was absolutely fantastic. The staff deserves a huge compliment. Breakfast was amazing! This has been one of the best hotels i've every spend the night. I'd love to visit again next year!

I would have liked better choices of English channels to choose from on the television I was also disappointed that the hotel did not have any adapters or charge points to allow me to charge my phone. My fault for not carrying one but it would be nice for such a classy hotel to be able to support

A place known to me for it's high quality of service, nice, cozy rooms, great restaurant and an awesome breakfast buffet ! The staff was very friendly and respectful. A good value for money.

When extending the stay for one more night, the room price had more than doubled for the second night, for the reason the hotel was almost fully booked.

Unexpectedly, this was one of my best stays in a hotel ever. The hotel is stylish, modern, extremely comfortable, and has amazing facilities (including a self-service 24h shop). The staff is friendly and professional. The views from the hotel are wonderful - especially from the bar on the 16th floor. Even the smell (perfume?) in the beautiful corridors is great. Also, breakfast was delicious. In short, I went there for 1 work-related night, but I will definitely return for a holiday stay!

Surely you have improved a lot since you opened, especially the customer reception, now the staff is kind, smiling and quick too. The only negative point, which is the third time it happens to me, is in the restaurant, I ask for the menu in English, and I am told that it is only available in Dutch, very strange but true..., in two weeks, I return and I hope to be able to read the menu in English, and not have to dine with an Entrecote as always, since that is the only word I understand on your menu. I hope I have been of help to you.
