The access to the underground parking.. As long as you need access to the underground parking (3-5 minutes walking distance), during "office hours", the waiting time for opening the gate is acceptable. When you want to enter the underground parking outside these hours, it is not easy at all, even almost impossible.

The continental breakfast was a bit dull amd uninteresting, , especially for the price so a little more variation and care...it was OK.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It's location is perfect, right on the town square, the staff are lovely, it's chic and clean. My room was great. A huge bed, very comfortable; the room was a generous size with a good deal of space between the bed and the desk area; the bathroom was a good size too, the bath was especially appreciated. My partner and I had a wonderful time. The price was extremely reasonable too. Plus, the weather was very cold indeed but my room was cosy and warm at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly can't think of anything, and that's very rare for a hotel stay. I will definitely be staying there again when I visit the town again. I can't remember if a hair dryer was available because I didn't need one this time, so if not, then maybe that's something, but that's a very small thing.

Nice clean spacey room with good big beds, shower and toilet. You can make your own coffee or tea in the room.

There is no airconditioned ventilation so we needed to open the window which was situated on a shared terrace with other rooms which didn’t feel safe.

It was a fine clean room and bathroom, tea, coffie, soap, and towels. Very local at the city centre. In summertime you will have noise from the restaurants outside. The weather was warm and we need to open the window. The hotel offering breakfast, but you will have many options, just outside the door. We was using the parking P15, be aware that is extra cost.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Big balcony with place to sit and table (but no any special views). Nice roofed place to park the bikes. Tea/coffee making in the room, fridge, hairdryer.

TV not functioning. No aircon, only fan.

The staff is very nice and when we arrived a little early our room was already available. The hotel is in the middle of the center of Harderwijk and is close to the new part with its beach and fish restaurants. Our room was on the third floor so we had to walk some steep stairs. So keep that in mind when you bring heavy suitcases. We will definitely come back!

Good location in the market square. Huge number of restaurants eetcafes for dinner, the hotels own restaurant is being refitted. Hotel has its own covered bike storage behind a door that is locked at night, recommend locking your bike. Good breakfast now taken in the well fitted out basement.

The receptionist was so helpful, welcoming and efficient. She went above and beyond to assist us in any way she could. My husband and I were so impressed.

The room was extremely hot (stayed during the small heatwave).
