The beautiful property is located in a very green area, around 20-25 minutes walking from the train station. Unfortunately during my stay the weather was not very nice so I did not have the chance to explore the surroundings a lot. The room was ok, maybe some pieces of furniture looked a bit worn out. The bathroom was superb with a bathtub! Breakfast was very nice, with many options.

The rooms, the lobby area (nicely decorated for the festive season), relaxed & calm atmosphere, the exterior & gardens of the hotel are classy & inviting, the breakfast selection is very good, the swimming pool is never crowded & always well maintained.

The in-house restaurant isn't good enough & is way over-priced in terms of the portion sizes & quality of the food.Simply not up to the standard you'd expect from a 4 star hotel & the kids food is about par with something you'd get at a cheap snack bar.A real shame as the interior of the restaurant & the new extension are lovely & create a warm cosy atmosphere.The service is quite decent but could be a bit more attentive & gracious, mainly younger & less experienced staff perhaps which shows.We would definitely stay at the hotel but would not eat at the restaurant as there are countless much better restaurants & eateries in Ermelo & Harderwijk.

Had a great few days by the pool. Escaped the heat under the umbrellas by the fountain. Our room was on the shady side, quiet and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, pleasing to the eye

Lots of facilities available inside the hotel, really friendly and helpful staff.

The rules on food and drinks in the hotel when there aren’t many good restaurants available in the area, and kitchen not open during hours that we were in the hotel. Pool and gym was difficult to find as there were multiple signs on multiple floors without specifying it’s actual location.

There is a disconnect between the overall presentation and the state of the room and bathroom - which could use an update. Nevertheless, still good value for the money. I find that having to pay for the parking in a rather isolated location is questionable.

I went for 2 nights. I had to change rooms because the heating was not working. The staff was very kind and the problem was solved (I moved to another room). However, this second room had a very small window. A pity because the hotel is amazing.

would have expected the car parking to be included in the price - seems very petty to have to pay extra for this

Very unique, beautiful the most amazing indoor pool I’ve ever seen. Having the gym facilities and the beauty room we are a bonus. Beautiful surrounding areas to go walking in.

Very nice place in Salerno. Modern comfortable appartement, every thing is clean, good beds, modern kitchen, very good airconditioning. 15 minutes of walk from the central station, 10 minutes from the harbour and old centre. The host Noemi was very kind and helpful. You can also rent a boat at the appartement and make a tour around the coast. Salerno is a nice place with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Not as touristic as Sorrento, but this makes it a very interesting place to visit.
