It's not a chique or fancy hotel. But it's clean, I had a big bathroom, the bed and cushions were perfect and the staff was great! Nice breakfast with warm freshly baked bread, coffee will be made for you at the bar. It was a very rainy weekend and my friend who stayed at the camping could not sleep, we asked to upgrade my room and it wasn't a problem to get her in for the last night. Thank you for that!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had to book extra nights and this was no issue. From getting a coffee to asking to stow our luggage everything was perfect. Comfortable beds, great A/C and nice shower. Very close to everything in Helmond and easy to get around from the hotel.

There's no lift to get upstairs so people with reduced mobility might have a bit of an issue getting up to the rooms.

I was having a train issue which makes me arrive at the hotel pretty late (after the checkin time). Everything was closed, then I tried to chat with them, and they immediately come and help me. I feel so relieved for their quick response and they really help me with the check in. Superb response and definitely recommend this hotel. The smell of the room is also good as well. I enjoy my stay a lot.

Close to the venue that I attended, the Muziekcafe, only a 12-15 minute walk to the Helmond train station.

No coffee pot, kettle or refrigerator in the room, at least a kettle would have been nice, I usually wake up early, way before anything is open.

This accommodation is located in the center of Helmond, with the train station just a few minutes away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome.

The rooms are quite small, and it was challenging to find an electrical socket. However, the most inconvenient issue was the noise produced by other guests during the night.

Gorgeous view on the adjacent church tower. Comfortable beds, though a bit on the soft side. Decent shower. The little shampoo, soap and body wash provided are vegan! Great location, very close to the stunning castle and the quaint old town.

There was live music coming from the Rembrandt hall next to the restaurant downstairs, which was incredibly loud even in our room on the 2nd floor. Luckily they didn't play for too long and we were able to sleep well, it was a pretty quiet night. No vegan options in the restaurant.

i found the bed a little too low and the matress a bit too soft for me, but otherwise great room

The price was good. The location was good. Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly.

In my room the bathroom area had a large plain window overlooking the street, and the only way to block the view in was to draw a think curtain. Suggest frosted glass or net curtain.

I liked the location. Near the train station and central in the town. Very friendly staff and a affordable restaurant too with some very nice dishes.

The room and especially the bathroom was quite small especially with the placement of the toilet and the sink.
