Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean room. Parking is expensive but convenient . Good location if you are visiting Jera on Air, not too far of a drive.

A/C could have been better, it blew air and only cooled the room minimally. The sink and bathtub drained extremely slowly. It got a little better on Friday (we arrived Thursday) evening onward.

Clean, comfortable, accommodating. We just stayed one night after a trip to the Home Computer Museum and restaurant De Rozario. Still managed to have time for a bubble bath in between thanks to the convenient location. Great breakfast with a super friendly hostess in the restaurant in the morning.

Nothing to report. There are some renovations happening at the moment, but this didn't impact us in any way.

I had stayed here before, so I knew how this hotel was like. Fantastic place, very clean, modern rooms and nice decor. Also great service from all the staff. The bathroom is huge and has everything needed. The location is superb. Also, we could park the car with no problems. Air conditioning was very welcomed in a very hot day. The coffee machine worked really well. Just like before, very happy that we chose this hotel.

The only thing would be having a lighter cover for the bed, because this duvet was very warm even with the air conditioning. Apart from that, everything great!

It had everything we needed and was clean. Solid quality. The bathroom was very well equipped. Convenient location.

Pillows were uncomfortable (but extra pillows were provided in the wardrobe). There was a noisy crowd by our window - loud voices throughout the night - which made it tricky to sleep with the windows opened. With windows closed, however, it was completely fine - great sound insulation. The stay could have been better value for money - a little pricey, but it was the best available option in the area.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional. My wife and I both had a main and desert, we were not disappointed. The location and parking is very good. We were on a motorcycle and they offered garage parking that was readily accepted. The city had surprisingly good night life with a large Saturday market on during the day.

A deceptive hotel, which has added a modern wing to the existing building and is very comfortable. Our family room was excellent, much above my expectation. Spacious with a smart kitchenette, two separate bathrooms and a large luxury bath in the corner of one of the bedrooms.

The room was mainly good but some things have not been as expected. The Junior sweet was a bit cramped when entered the room, a very small "living area". The bathroom was very nice. no complaints about that. In this small living room was access to 2 balconies but only available to open the smaller one which was not so convenient. Overall a good place.

Decent-sized room with comfortable beds. The onsite restaurant is nice although it's easy to find other locations in the town center.

Breakfast is a little expensive for what is offered. On-site car park can get full at times.

The room, split over two floors with the upstairs being the bedroom, was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. We had breakfast on the last day - there was a lovely choice of foods with fresh coffee.

It was a little hot in the room, although opening the balcony door and the window in the bedroom soon cooled this down.
